Interesting gem. Stopped in for lunch with the wife I ordered up the French onion soup and their juicy Lucy Burger. My wife ordered up a turkey Reuben sandwich. Soup was good and full of flavor, the juicy Lucy burger was outstanding which was very enjoyable and tasty. My wife commented about her turkey Reuben sandwich that she enjoyed and... More

This place offers everything you want for a mid price casual dining experience for breakfast lunch or dinner. They even have dessert and wine, breakfast sandwiches, lunch wraps and have specialty dinner items that are not boring --that hostesses are extremely friendly. Also the atmosphere is very warm and cozy.

Bold and smooth coffee hit the spot along with their French toast. Sausage patty was flavorful with just enough spice. They also had a pumpkin cake with chocolate chips and a cream cheese icing... Any excuse to go back is worth it. Look forward to going back soon.

A small but a welcoming board is all you can notice as you walk through downtown Elizabeth City. It is very near to the Port Discover attraction, so you are likely not to miss it. We went in for an evening snack and had Panini, french onion soup and ice cream, all which were excellent. Since we were vegetarians, the... More

We passed this really nice place driving through downtown and decided to stop in for lunch. It was around 12:15pm and there was only two other people in the restaurant. We were quickly seated and the waitress immediately came and took our drink order. The food is cooked to order so there is a wait but I love food cooked... More

This is a small hole in the wall that is worth the spot. The food is great, service is attentive, and the specials are great!

There were no other customers in the restaurant, yet the service was slow and unattentive. Fish was over cooked even after I advised I wanted it medium. My wife got a hamburger. It appeared to be a run of the mill 4oz burger well done, not medium as requested. With one beer, the check was $36 bucks!

Drove down to Elizabeth City to check out a used car. Decided to have lunch before we started to the dealership. Went to the downtown area of Elizabeth City to find a locals spot and found Sidneys. Restaurant was quiet but it was past 2PM. Greeted immediately and was offered a drink. A small, but rather impressive, craft beer list... More

I had the fajita salad and husband had the juicy Lucy which is a hamburger patty filled with your choice of cheese. Iced tea is delicious. Best we'd had all week. Cute place, attentive staff.
