The brunch and breakfast are especially good (lemon ricotta pancakes with blueberry compote is the best). Always have delicious grilled cheese with tomato soup. Hot tea and loco pops are also favorites.More

No frills ambience, friendly wait staff, good food. Salmon was great but they might want to cut down on the portion of arugula. It was overwhelming and REALLY peppery. Perhaps that's just my personal taste, though. Nice locals place.

Have visited on many occasions and can't really find anything remotely negative to say about the food. Just visited in early July 2017, and had a really great, hot egg sandwich on sourdough toast, The only thing that I can say is that it is...More

I dine at The Refectory for Lunch and Dinner regularly. The food is consistently very good! The food pairings are always interesting, delectable and healthy. The not so healthy items are over the top delicious! Not the fastest service around but very friendly.

Hello Sue, Thank you for being a fan and I hope that your visit was a fluke and "disappointing for the last time". I can not speak to the "slow" as I am not sure what happened. We take great pride in providing "slow food...More

I have had lunch here three times and find the place clean, friendly and fairly enjoyable. I am not a huge fan of the menu and find some of the dishes a bit clunky. I often order the vegetarian plate simply because it is healthy...More

On Sunday after our son's wedding, we hosted a "morning after" breakfast, catered by the Refectory Cafe. The food was delicious! I requested an egg casserole which was not on the menu, and the chef created one. It was a hit, as was their famous...More
