Went for a large family and friends post graduation celebration. We reserved the outside area which was perfect for large crowds. Not usually a pigs in blanket kind of person but the pigs in a blanket were amazing - definitely worth checking out.

In Durham for the day and chose to sit outside at Bull's. Server was polite, engaging, knowledgeable about the menu/beers. Wait time was not an issue. Burgers were cooked as ordered, fries were tasty, beer was cold!! Nice afternoon meal!

We were only in Durham for the weekend and ate at Bull McCabe's twice. Hard cider, authentic reuben, and an introduction to colcannon. What's that? It is a yummy mixture of rough mashed potatoes and well cooked shredded cabbage. But our absolute favorite find was the fried Cauliflower & Broccoli appetizer with a large choice of glazes. We chose Thai... More

A group of about 10 of us stopped in for late night food after a wedding rehearsal. The chicken tenders and fries were amazing! Service was great and the atmosphere was fun!

Ordered fish and chips to-go. The wait time wasn't very long. The fish was tasty enough, the fries are seasoning/crisped very well....but the slaw?... terrible...I honestly think they forgot to add any vinegar/seasoning to it. It was literally a serving of plain flavorless chopped cabbage/carrots..... Was the meal worth the $12 price? debatable, but I don't regret at least trying... More

The food and beer here are good. The back yard is awesome! We happened to be in the area for dinner, but when we saw the large yard area with picnic tables and people from all types of backgrounds, we had to drop in. They have a good choice of drinks to choose from and were running a good daily... More

Hungry and cold, we popped into this lil Irish pup, got a pint and ate the Mac n cheese and the fried pretzel! Yummy! The servers are down to earth, and friendly.

Met some friends for dinner/drinks with our kids. It was really nice that as we caught up they were able to run around the grass field adjacent to the porch. Staff was friendly. Burger was good. Beer was ice. Anti-HB2 signage was heartwarming

Me and my girlfriend are British and had a ten hour layover in the middle of Durham before catching a bus on towards Atlanta. So we found ourselves next to this pub and thought why not, we're not driving. We met a lovely couple who were locals and chatted away basking in the sun until night for hours almost missing... Honestly, expecting to go to an Irish Pub late night on a Saturday and expecting to be heard over the roar of revelers is a fool's dream, but if you want a fun loud atmosphere with some nice pub bites (the pretzels were great and the sweet potato tots a surprising treat), it's worth a try. I'm not sure I'd... More
