My husband and I ordered the side salad and sirloin steak. The waiter forget our side salad while we wait for the steak. The rolls look like frozen not homemade rolls. The steak tastes not grilled it's like flat pans . It suppose be medium rare but it was medium. The side salad looks so small not much topping as... More
The food was excellent. The vegetables were fresh. The salad was fresh. The waitress was kind, offering amenities, rolls, refills before the glass was empty. This was a very pleasant experience, and I would definitely return.
STAY FAR AWAY! I am not sure what happened to this place. It used to be nice. We scheduled a birthday party for my husband here about 1 week before the event date of 10/29. First, the manager (David O'Donnell) was a little lost. I asked for a specific time & he said that would be fine. He contacted me... More
Ate there last evening, 11/12/16, and it was the worst piece of steak imaginable, tough and stringy. Baked potato appeared to have been cooked several days ago, hard, dry, no taste and I thought it was hard to screw up a baked potato. My wife and I spent roughly $40 on two $5 meals. Save yourself the money and go... More
Tried the $25 special-mistake. The food (country fried steak and hamburger steak) was not very tasty. Overcooked and chewy are the best descriptions. We were once regulars, but not any more. The waitress could not make up for the mediocre food. Save your money and go somewhere else.
Fool me once (learning experience), fool me twice (I own it), I would really like to have something nice to say about it. Did I mention on my visits (I am an older person) to the restroom (far from clean), all employees including the manager did their thing and left without washing hands. Eat out at your own risk anymore!
This is one of my husband and I favorite places to eat locally in Clayton. We have been a handful of times and always get the absolute best service. The menu can change quite a bit but the servers are always super helpful in making sure they get you exactly what you want.
Food was "OK". Service was horrible. We had seven people in out party and they brought the food for all but one of us pretty quickly. 15-20 minutes later they finally brought the last plate. Three of us ran out of drinks and needed more sal d dressing.
We have frequented this restaurant a couple of times over the last month and have found it to be busy but efficient in delivering our food. There was no wait for a table on a weeknight. The wait staff was very attentive but not overly enthused that we kept him very busy with drink refills (my hubby drinks a lot... More
