We ate here once when other places were closing for the day. Their food and service was above average. I can't remember what I had that day , I do remember it was good. Gotta get back there soon.

If you're anywhere near Chimney Rock NC head to Medina's! The food is fabulous, plentiful and upscale, not what you'd expect to find in such a small town or from such a small restaurant. You also won't find a more charming, friendly and efficient wait staff anywhere.

Stopped for a quick lunch after visiting Chimney Rock. The service was great and the food was tasty but the portion sizes were on the small size for the price. When ordering a $12 cup of soup and 1/2 sandwich, I expect to walk away full or with a doggie bag for a mid afternoon snack. We spent $75 for... More

We went by there for lunch today and enjoyed the ride there as well as the good food. Dinner would have been nice and this week the emphasis was on Louisiana eats. Though the lunch was great we found out that the menu is changed weekly. Lake Lure is right there so it's really a neat place for food when... More

We climbed Chimney Rock on a sweltering August day and we we're positively starving. In the area vacationing w/family who were all on a high, all protein diet and the thought of even looking at meat was too much to bear. Then we entered Medina's where the delicious veggie wrap, an ice cold beer and a cinnamon roll solved all... More

We love this little spot. We have been numerous times over the past few years. Always good food. But the very best item, that I absolutely love, is the roasted red pepper soup. It is out of this world good. Don't walk...RUN!!! And weather permitting, we enjoy sitting outside where one can enjoy glancing at the waterfall.

Cute little spot for lunch! Prices are pretty reasonable, perfect location right in downtown. I got the turkey sandwich with chips and it was delicious. Check it out for a light lunch if you are in the area!
