The breakfast buffet was included in with a stay at the hotel that it is in. We ate there on May 19-20 2016 The gravy and grits were wonderful. They have really good biscuits. The buffet includes sausage links, scrambled eggs, grits, gravy, French toast, biscuits, oatmeal, jams and jellies, and choice of drink. It is really good and free... More

The Chestnut Tree was a complimentary stay given by the casino. We have stayed in many "comped" hotels, and this was one of the best. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was great. Staff was very friendly also

The setting for the dining room was so tastefully done. (Christmas time ) The waitress was so pleasant, but the meal was not very good. The gravy seemed to be a instant gravy. Eggs and coffee were good. To my surprise they had only biscuits and not toast. They did have french toast, I guess for a small buffet bar,... More

Nothing fancy about this place. It's an older hotel, all of the rooms are on the outside. However the rooms were clean, beds were semi-comfy. Breakfast buffet was ok, nothing over the top. Staff was friendly, but one of the guys at the front desk was a little snarky. This hotel isn't right next to the casino (it's a few... More

Was skeptical of this hotel at first. Our room was booked as a double and we were given a king. The on duty manager was non apologetic and since it was peak weekend we took it. Got to the room and she had not given us keys that worked, so we had to call down to the desk, after lugging... More

We ate their one time....and it's been a while ago. It was a restaurant experience that was not memorable. The food & service was average, at best. Nothing was bad, but on the other hand, nothing was great. This is a typical small town restaurant.

I've stayed at this hotel a few times. Their rooms look and smell clean. They have a good complimentary breakfast buffet. The only downside is you hear the housekeeping carts rolling outside your window early in the morning, not good if your trying to sleep in the next day.
