Ok so we were promptly greeted and taken upstairs to be seated. We were offered either indoor or patio seating. We chose indoor. The tables were very nicely set up but it didn't in anyway make us feel underdressed in our shirts and shorts. The waiter (the red head) was very sociable and strived to meet the needs of the... We got there about 6pm on Good Friday and it was no trouble parking or getting a table. We had the fried oyster appetizers - definitely get this! They were moist, tender and perfectly fried (a 5+ out of 5). I had the special blackened chicken pasta which was tortellini and it was excellent. My husband had the crawfish etouffee... More

For New Orleans lovers, it is hard to imagine, but we had to cancel a trip to New Orleans because of illness in our traveling companion and I have been thinking of New Orleans cuisine ever since(5 months). Last night I got my "fix". I had shrimp Diane and it was wonderful. My husband had the Creole Shrimp and he... More

Love going here. Winter time, ask for a table by the fireplace. Everything is delicious and the BBQ shrimp - I could live on.

Cajun menu and food to match. Located in an old House near uptown. 3 Steps to enter the house. Service was very good. Meals served in various rooms in the house. We ate in the enclosed side porch. Dinners were authentic cajun. I had the Shrimp Creole which was a little bland for my taste. Free Valet parking is provided.

I visited the Cajun Queen on the recommendation of a friend this past weekend while attending a conference in Charlotte. The service we received was spot on. The food was very delicious with great flavor. Everyone in the group raved about the dish they were served.

Went to brunch with my two best friends on Sunday. There is a wide variety on the menu but we all focused on the brunch menu. Everything we had was delicious and the service was excellent. There was no rush for us to leave and so we lingered over the meal and fellowshipped for a couple of hours. An excellent... More

If you hadn't tried Louisiana style food, you need to make your reservations at the Cajun Queen! Two Thumbs Up! Exquisite and delicious food. The gumbo and crawfish were great for the palette. Live jazz band created a lovely atmosphere! Try the Cajun Pasta and the New Orleans platter. You won't be disappointed! Plates average from $14-up but it's well... More

This place has a nice ambiance. The food was really good and the service was great. The salt and pepper catfish was delicious. Also the Barbecue shrimp appetizer had great flavor. I also liked the specialty drinks. Overall this is a great place to enjoy friends, family, and food.

The service at Cajun Queen was excellent and our food was good. The only negative was that I thought our bill was a bit expensive for the amount of food that we got. For $25 I was definitely expecting my fish platter to have more fish on it. We had bought a deal off of Livingsocial.com so it turned out... More
