I was craving BBQ since hitting the state, and finally towards the end of our trip I was able to satisfy that craving. There really was quite a number of options. You could get meat only, sides only, a combo of meat and sides, plus a variety of non-BBQ options. I had eyes only for the BBQ menu so we... More

This place is great any day of the week. The food is great. The service is great. The location is right at the 7th stop on the light rail and one block from the arena. Stephanie the manager is awesome. Stephanie really goes above and beyond for each customer. I frequent this place when basketball is in season as I... More

Stopped in at Queen City Q for the first time after a great play at Booth Theater. "Lots" of beer choices including a wonderful stout that we both enjoyed. Our "snack" of choice was chips and guacamole! Good choice...plenty of chips and tasty guacamole. Service was very attentive...beer excellent and appetizer tasty. Conveniently located in Uptown...right next to Seventh Street... More

The service was great even late at night. I got a yummy dinner salad and it was really good. My husband got a dinner salad and I think onion rings. My son-n-law got a huge plate of nachos with brisket. All seemed to be really good food. Not a lot of choices for a vegan but there were defiantly some.

I was in Charlotte for a business trip and found this place through Yelp. It was a very busy night as there was a game a the Spectrum Center nearby. I had the ribs without sauce, which is the real test of good ribs. They were delicious. The dinner was so good, that I went back the next night and... More

Been here multiple times and in my opinion this is still the best bbq restaurant in the city center area. I usually get the ribs with the mac'n cheese and hush puppies. The food is just amazing and the service is fairly good although I'm usually just picking up as opposed to sitting in but when I do the service... More

really a super restaurant. Great service and great beer selection! The BBQ is worth the stop Had a nice selection of sides that were all done right. Collards, mac n cheese, pimento cheese! Yummy! Smoked sausage and brisket were big hits with our group. Good homemade black bean burger for the vegetarian ~

From the moment the door was opened for us, till the farewell greetings as we left it was perfect. I ask for a sggestion on a local draft beer and it was great. The fried pickles were wonderful, as the deviled eggs were also. Everyone at the table had something different, and no complaints were heard. Love this place

Casual restaurant with lots of room and good service. Great BBQ! And a large and interesting selection of beer. We ate there twice in one week (dinners both times). Hand pulled pork and brisket once and ribs the second time. Fried bread pudding - it was all delicious!!! Will return next time I am in town!
