Love their healthy food, good variety, atmosphere and service, It's my families favorite for pleasing a lot of different palates, with different dietary requirements. The service is always great.

We've eaten here a couple of times and the food and service have always been great. There are really good options for vegetarians too. The ingredients are fresh and portion sizes are just right. Will go back again.

After moving to Boone, I found this to be one of the places that "locals" like to lunch. Something for everyone - - GF options, vegetarian options, junk food junkies. Unique combinations - - and you can order smaller plates for smaller appetites (or for reduction of temptation!)

On a recent long weekend trip to Boone, we decided on Coyote Kitchen for lunch, based on reviews I had read here. When we pulled into the parking lot and discovered the restaurant was in a strip center next to a Walmart, I was skeptical, but decided I needed to stop being such a food snob. I'm so glad we... Had a terrific lunch here. They are off the beaten path in a strip mall. The fried plantain appetizer was lovely and came with Salsa. The portions are large and would recommend the half unless you're a big eater. We tried the Phoenix bowl and the Barbados both were delicious. My daughter had the kids chicken fingers and loved them.

A very good vegan lunch at the Coyote Kitchen. I had the Gabriella burrito, while my wife had a Nomad 'bowl', although hers appeared to be missing the sweet potato. Most of the menu items are served in either a bowl or boat, full or half size. Jordan, our server, was very efficient, even brought out samples of the bowls... More

This is a small place in a commercial area of Boone. Seemed to be well frequented and busy. Food is quite good with a Latin twist. I am not a fan of spicy foods but I could customize my selection and it was delicious. A great place for something different. Judging from the clientele it appeals to a wide variety... More

I was recommended to go here by some of my App state employees. Enjoyed it thoroughly, service was excellent and my wife and I both got some of the boats very good. I highly recommend stopping if you are in the area.

Great service. Interesting bowls of food and local craft beers. Good prices. Tried the half Barbosa and it was a lot of food. Hopping busy on a Monday night. The staff does a great job of making sure everyone else's tables are taken care of. Liked the artwork for sale that adorns the walls. Nice non-chain alternative for sure.

We usually stay in Banner Elk, yet go out of our way to eat dinner here. The food is that good!! It is by far our favorite restaurant in the area. It is not your typical Mexican food. They have tacos, quesadillas, and burritos, but it is their boats and bowls they are famous for. The mixture of flavors and... More
