Stayed at a condo at 1211 Peaceful Haven in Echota. Really nice condo, by the way. Had breakfast at Grandview our first morning. Food was really good. Reminded me of the breakfasts we had as kids. Try the omelettes. The grits were fantastic too. Our server, Maria, was sooo nice and funny. Maria made fun of me when I mixed... More

After visiting 3 other popular breakfast spots in town this place was the BEST. Great southern breakfast with warm service. We will be back!

Family place for breakfast. Children welcomed. Breakfast and lunch only. Not at all fancy. Blueberry pancakes are best.

Went for breakfast (family group of 7) and had to wait nearly 45 minutes. With all the people waiting, we assumed the food would be good. It wasn't. Typically greasy spoon, but some of the food was so badly overcooked that it was almost inedible. Waitress was nice, but we will not return.

We saw mixed reviews, but mostly good for this place, so decided to give it a try. It looks terrible and run down from the outside, but when you get inside, it lives up to its outward appearance. Small and kind of run down looking on the inside, and we would not have noticed if the employees did not give... More

Waited over an hour with no recognition. Waitress just stopped coming to our table. So we went to pay for our drinks and leave, and they never apologized.

Came here with a group of 13 people for my birthday weekend and we ate here Saturday and Sunday. They're were very nice and friendly and pushed tables together to accomodate our large group. It takes a while to get the food but this could also be because of the size of our group and we were not in a... More

Came on a Sunday morning about 11 a.m. Couldn't find a spot in their small graveled parking lot. Had to park in adjacent business lot. Had about a 45 minute wait. Once seated, however, the service and food were very good. Had their stuffed French Toast with mountain berry cheesecake...yummy. Overall a good experience. The inside of the restaurant could... My wife and I have ridden by Grandview many times over the years but visited this morning for the first time. We had a short wait to get a table, no big deal. Menu is simple and straightforward. Our server was friendly and attentive. Great view of Grandfather from your breakfast table! The food was decent, pretty similar to what... More
