This is a simple place almost hidden away behind buildings, but is always filled with locals. It is more closely allied to an Italian Deli than a fancy restaurant and you can see the sandwiches being made

We were advised by one of the shops to eat there. Nothing fancy, but a good selection of food. Food were not bad, but not spectacular.

Not noteworthy. Better places around. Joshuas, oriole 9, garden cafe, bread alone, even landau cafe. But if you want a sandwich to go, they have decent cold cuts or eggs in the am. Town hangout But then again, there is nowhere else to go. This isn't really a restaurant. It's a deli with a few tables inside and out. I... More

Maria's Bazaar is a local hangout and a mainstay of the town of Woodstock. I have gone there for breakfast numerous times through the years and the faces of the clientele have become familiar. I don't find it to be a friendly or warm place since the regulars seem to form cliques and keep themselves to themselves. And they are... More

My husband and I decided to walk around and we found this hidden away gem. You walk in and it's very friendly and homie feeling. The food was GREAT! Prices were really good. Next time we are in Woodstock or passing by we will stop and grab a bite to eat!

This more hidden eatery is where the locals go, as opposed to Bread Alone. You get a simpler choice of baked goods and no barista coffee, but good hometown cup of Java and al the usual simple breakfast choices. The have a good variety of Italian pre-made lunch or take out items. But if you are eating there make sure... More

I stopped at Maria's for a quick snack and had one of their glazed apple filled doughnuts. Yum! It was so good and very reasonable. I know they get them outside but who ever the baker was they were really good. They had a nice selection of snacks. Since it was Christmas Eve, they did close early for the parade... More

Service might be a little slow but well worth the wait. Seating outside as well, weather-permitted. Seems to be a hangout for groups of older people...one cup of coffee goes a long way for them so if you don't mind the chatter I suggest you stop in for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

We were looking for an after dinner sweet so we called Maria's to see if she was open. She answered and said she closed at 7:00 (it was now 8:15). I asked her where else we could go and she said "just come over and I'll let you in". She was so sweet and hard working. She said we made... More
