Good to see the owner out front serving. They cut up the beef right in front of you. Worth a stop. Spicy BBQ sauce was ok.

We have been to this place twice now. Both times we found the chicken dry, the pork not very flavorful and the brisket fatty. (to the point of picking the fat out of the sandwich). The cold slaw is inedible. The mac and cheese was ok....More
It may not be gorgeous inside, but it is delicious! Love it all--ribs, pulled pork, chicken, brisket etc. Great for take out, although there are some tables available if you want to eat there. The best is watching Warren & his staff plate your order...More
In the middle of nowhere next to a depressing former State facility, the ribs are juicy. Always leftover pulled pork to take home. A regular stop on the way to and from the Berkshires.
Always wonderful and delicious. Delectable food! Warren and his staff are friendly. Casual, friendly atmosphere and tasty food. Terrific place to meet fantastic people who enjoy good BBQ. The Homemade Lemonade is refreshing and flavorful...real lemon taste. I love returning to Big W's. I highly...More
If you like BBQ, this is the place for you. Primarily, it's take out -- with three or four small tables for dining-in. Great ribs, brisket, chicken, pulled pork & sides. They seem to always be busy so call ahead for as take-out order. It's...More
Smoked mac & cheese is awesome, and the Brisket with a little fat and some hot sauce is delicious. The smoked chicken is good too.

This delight, I'm glad to say, was available tonight. It's called "Croc 'O Duck"; the smoked duck that is sometimes offered, braised in its own stock, fortified by roasted garlic, preserved lemon, and other savory delights. If available, have it, because it's that gooooooood.
