Whitianga held an amazing Anzac Day service which resulted in everyone coming together at the Mercury Bay Club afterwards. The breakfast was awesome and the bar even has an eftpos terminal to withdraw cash and speed up the purchasing process. The club holds a huge amount of history within its collected items and memorabilia, well worth a visit!

Members and guests are welcome to dine either in the club's dining room or in the main part of the club. There is a reasonably good choice of meals available to suit virtually all tastes. Personally I enjoyed the fish and chips and the quantity and presentation were great. I would certainly recommend dining there.

The club has everything for kids and adults. Restaurant is top notch, lunch and dinner. Big outside area as well so kids can run around while you enjoy your meal and drink.

We went in late aftetnoon to catch up with some friends and a couple of the locals suggested staying for dinner. We were pleased we did because there was a great menu to chose from. Our meal was lovely and well presented with a good variety of salads and sauces to chose from. Very friendy and helpful staff. Excellent value... More

Sadly despite a boating town a charter for me could not be found in Whitianga itself. No one was interested

Last night had dinner at the club. It was a buffet meal as there were quite a number of us. Good choice of meats, vegetables and sauces. Lovely tastes. Very economical. $25.00 for main and dessert. Great for big groups

A cheap lunch and a cold beer, it's your average club/pub place with no need to dress up. A good place to have a laugh with mates and drink reasonably priced beer.

This place has definitely improved in the last year. Excellent food and great value. The scallops entrée and steak main proved to be better quality than a lot of main stream restaurants.

Very welcoming. No booking required. Quick service and the meals were very well priced and value for money. Drinks cheaper than other bars. Great for comfort food meals.

Caters professionally for a large crowd with ease. Popular with the locals. A good choice for a night out in Whitianga.
