All our meals were disgusting. I would not recommend eating here. The burger had to be de constructed to eat and the parmigiana was inedible. Other people had left their meals ALSO.

8 of us went to Caves House for lunch. The setting is spectacular, a beautiful historic building and the gardens are stunning. We ate in the dining room and had a variety of meals. The hamburger was massive and yummo, definitely worth sharing if not...More

Enjoyed a yummy and decent sized roast for two in the beautiful art deco dining room. Something a bit more swish than your average pub meal. Kids enjoyed their dinner too. All reasonably priced. Gardens and whole Caves Hotel is beautiful and well worth a...More

The caves is one of our favourites and we will go back again and again. Stay at Seashells in a one bedroom ground floor unit. Just brilliant

I must say that this hotel wins our award for the most expensive beers. Two pints of Elsie beers for $26. The hotel was lovely and old world with fires burning in every room. The staff were very friendly and we enjoyed the surfing videos.

Sunday often has live music. If you want a quiet night and better than pub grub, then I suggest elsewhere.

Description
An a la carte menu is available in both our bar and restaurant. Open breakfast, lunch & dinner, 7 days a week, come at a time that suits you. Our dining room with table service offers a cool escape from the heat in summer, while cosy in the wintertime with roaring open fireplace. While in our bar and beer garden there is counter service available for a more casual feel. Whether enjoying the open air and chirping birds during the finer weather. Or cosying up by the fireplace in our bar in cooler times while exploring the interior of the building you are sure to find a spot to welcome you. All of this can be enjoyed while gazing over an extensive drinks list with both local and international selections.
