Tried a coffee after a beach run, service was quick at the time i went, usually large lines can form in the morning.
Nice little seating nearby facing the beach.
Worth a visit.

Nice coffee , even nicer view.
Skip the toastie- it’s pretty standard but muffins nice.
Owners are slow but lovely - gives you more time to take in amazing view of beach.
They also have music and chairs

A very cute spot to grab a morning coffe. Amazing flat white coffee and the muffins were sooo delicious. Cheese toast as well! Very friendly people. We enjoyed eating our breakfast next to the sea. :-)

What’s not a rip off in Exmouth, from claiming the naval jetty scuba dive was actually on “ American soil” to Ningaloo Reef, basically brown rock and patches of brown coral. World heritage listing is simply a “ tourist franchise “ for tour operators to exaggerate descriptions of area in order to rip off tourists. Drones used for aerial shots of beaches is a classic yet from the ground level all beaches look the same etc.

Beautiful brekkie burgers, great coffee.
Great friendly owners, but unfortunately they have put it up for sale 🥴. I hope they change their mind.

Pleasant owners, very expensive coffee, semi tasting and expensive muffins, but a very nice venue indeed. He has it sewn up, perfect spot but needs improvement in price.

Meeting Naomi and her Dad Phill at the “short order local” food truck was a highlight of our trip. We went there 3 times because after trying their amazing coffee we wanted to try everything else on the menu including the freshly baked muffins, lemon slice and bacon/egg/cheese breaky burgers. They are a very hospitable team and have a great yarn with you. You definitely need to make it for sunrise at least once on your vosit. The view is amazing over the sea and they have plenty of tables and chairs and music/a man singing on guitar later in the morning. They also do iced lattes for the super hot days and Oreo milkshakes. Make a trip to the beach instead of the busy shopping centre to visit these guys, you won’t regret it!

A must do to come here for breakfast. Fantastic location. Nice english breakfast tea - should be the owner is a pom. Bacon and egg butty was good also.

We have great toasties, bacon and egg rolls, and coffee. Friendly service, a guy playing guitar, tables and benches to sit, and gorgeous views. Loved this experience.

Don’t miss grabbing a coffee and a bacon and egg roll if you are in Exmouth. Not only is the food and the coffee good, but you get to sit in the early morning sun and listen to a few tunes from the local busker. Very mellow way to start the day.

Came down to Town Beach for the first time. The guy running it was very friendly. The coffee was good and hot. Had a guy on guitar singing my favourite relaxing tunes while I chilled out with my coffee.
