The food was alright but the service left a bit to be desired. After a long day, we decided to eat close to our hotel for a quick bite but unfortunately we unknowingly ordered after a large group of orders. This meant we waited just over an hour for 2 burgers and a medium chips.
When we finally received our food, I mentioned the wait length to suggest that they notify their customers if they had received a large order, so they can choose to go elsewhere if they don't want to wait. I was quite polite but the owner?chef?manager? was very snappy and rude which felt totally unwarranted and just nasty.
Unfortunately, I wouldn't eat here again due to this interaction.

Thats ok that you won't come back as I prefer to deal with people that are compassionate about others. as I actually explained to you that I was feeling light headed and dizzy for some reason so was struggling a bit but still completed the orders I had taken. I also checked with my staff as I didn't feel I was rude and that was certainly not my intention, just n case my memory of how I spoke was a bit off as I wasn't ok. Perhaps a bit of understanding for fellow human beings will give you better experiences in you interactions in life

I got two kids packs, chicken burger and a loaded fries.
I was a bit skeptical at first, however this food is to die for! I wish I had it at the beginning of my holiday. Best fresh burgers for both myself and the kids (kids burgers were also flavoured not the usual boring) chips were so crunchy, well salty and fresh! So delicious, highly recommend.

We had a really good food experience at Planet Burger tonight. The burgers were well cooked and a good size. We did have a little bit of room left which was good as we wanted to try the apple pie bites with ice cream. They were delicious. I really wouldn’t go anywhere else for a burger in Exmouth.

Waited 2 hours for a falafel wrap, to be told it was someone else’s fault when asked why it had taken so long. Absolutely no apology and nothing offered when asked for some compensation. Don’t care how good the food is, no one should have to wait 2 hours for 1 WRAP. And with no warning when ordering of the wait time. Don’t take more orders if your “grill isn’t big enough” to serve the amount of customers ordering. It’s not like your grill shrunk during the night.

The wait was approximately 1 hour. Got the cheese burger and it’s not too bad. Possibly because I was starving that day. Noticed a lot of the eateries in town (2/3) have extended period of wait time. Was told about the wait while order - little choices with food so I waited. Burger is average, while the price is considered affordable for the region. Would recommend in the food due to the limited options available in the area, though a little wait would be necessary. I believe it’s happens most times.

I rated this a 3 star because the chips were a bit too fried and a bit too battered. Also the burger was a bit awful and it looked quite sad. Although the service was very quick and very nice.

We absolutely loved the concept of sitting outside in a random place and tucking into our Souvlakis! Staff were super helpful and there was even a gluten free option available! Top score from us.

Not a bad burger, I can’t recommend it as anything special but I certainly wouldn’t bag it. It’s a break from cooking burger.
Found the bun which comes fresh from the local bakery soggy, probably not the right bun for a burger (though some will no doubt love it).
There was a little spice in the fresh meat patty that’s not for everyone.
