Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Cafe Muiron is not your typical cafe. My favourite time to go is for breakfast but you can order anytime of day up until 1:30 when the kitchen closes. There is a full breakfast menu, including homemade scones and jam. Lunch is definitely worthwhile as well and the ham and cheese toastie hits the spot. Her chips and gravy are a favourite of many. There are two display cabinets next to the register. One is filled with instant serve yummy treats and the other is fresh ice cream. The girls up front will be happy to help you decide which one to get. Coffee, tea, cold drinks, handmade ice cream milkshakes with a full pallete of flavours...your choice. For those with dietary restrictions, there is a full range of options, you just need to ask. They are well versed in gluten free/coeliac needs and does an excellent job of ensuring cross contamination doesn’t occur.
Darlene is the owner of Cafe Muiron and she has a really neat vision for the cafe. She has recently begun to sell her own Ningaloo Brew teas in six different varieties. All around the interior of the cafe you can browse and shop various gift sets, homemade sauces, and useful items for the kitchen.
There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. If visiting in the summer, outdoor is really warm, just head inside.
If you have catering needs, she is your “go to” resource. If you don’t feel like cooking during the week, you can preorder a family-style meal for a Wednesday night by visiting her website and order a fresh family-sized meal for a reasonable price delivered to your home or where you are staying at if on holiday. She also does specialised banquets periodically and those are available to order on her website as well.
For cakes and desserts, again, she will meet with you and help you order exactly what you are looking for. Need a hamper for a special occasion, giver her a call and a price...you won’t be disappointed!
Cafe Muiron is a gem not to be missed if you are on holiday to Exmouth...

Best big breakfast and coffee in town
All the other cafes in town are vegan. Yuk Yuk.One can only take so much spinach leaves
This cafe is run by Terry and his wife and the meals are fantastic
The Devonish Tea is wonderful as scones are so fresh
Came here twice for the big breakfast at $18 and shared it with my wife
Just yummy

Everything I've had here has been very good. Off of memory, that includes the chips, hamburgers, toasties, sandwiches, milkshakes, iced drinks, coffees. From the sweets cabinet, I've had the banana bread, date/walnut bread, and vegan slice. Again, very high quality. The date/walnut bread was very tasty, but a bit sweet for me.
The only feedback I have about the food is that you often seem to be out of a particular ingredient. It's a bit disappointing sometimes, but the kitchen/cashier is always upfront about it. Overall, I take it as a sign of good service and mediocre management. It doesn't really affect my view of the cafe, as it's always good food anyhow.
The quality of service (especially how long it takes to get food & drinks) gets a bit inconsistant during tourist season (during winter and school break), because groups of people tend to come in waves; I've seen whole tour buses of people all rock up at the same time ordering a drink and dessert each! If you want to avoid that rush, I find it gets really busy between 10 and 11ish. Again, the cashier is usually quite upfront about waiting times. I believe they're also in the process of training a few baristas. They seem easily taught, and eager to please. Overall, really good drinks; keep it up!

A very special cafe, the food and the coffee are excellent.
Staff are very friendly .
I ate THE best freshly made chicken salad sandwich accompanied by a cup of Ningaloo Roast coffee for my lunch.
Took a piece of delicious banana bread away with me for afternoon tea.
I would move to Exmouth solely for their food!

What a gorgeous little cafe located in the Ningaloo centre. Lovely staff and Mia makes the best coffee. We went back again for lunch. I had a roast beef roll with gravy and a side of chips. The beef was home cooked and brilliant. Lovely fresh bread a well cooked chips $12 unreal value. Hubby had a roast beef sandwich on grain bread with salad. Again so fresh and at $7.50 crazy!, I can’t rate this place enough. And so nice not to be ripped off like so many places in Exmouth. Thanks guys we wish you well as you deserve it!!

This cafe is located within the Ningaloo Discovery Centre. I had a fruit bliss smoothie with watermelon and I very impressed. It was tasty and delicious. They sell a selection of breakfast / brunch options and also some frozen meals which are made by Darlene. Staff were friendly and helpful.

A good spot after visiting the Ningaloo Aquarium. We just had milkshakes to take in the experience afterwards and they were great.
The cafe offered a kids corner so our son was entertained whilst we were able to relax.
The menu looked good and I would have been happy to eat there.

Had a break in-between checking out Aquarium and Visitor Centre. Nice little café, lots of food options. You can get hot drinks and take back into the Centre if you are still exploring also.

Café Muiron is centrally located, with good food, reasonably priced, and great, friendly service. We have been there several times and have been impressed every time. The staff are friendly and welcoming, despite being extremely busy and under pressure. We’ll visit again!

We visited the discovery centre to get out of the wind. To my delight this was a little treasure trove. I was greeted by lovely staff and gorgeous treats on offer. All cakes made on the premises with something for everyone, the vegan treats were amazing. Coffee was great and merchandise was unique and mostly local

Appalling coffee, stale carrot cake, expensive and very bland salad wrap. Were quoted additional xtras for $12 wrap which should have been included anyway…
