We arrived fairly late Friday evening. Checking in we next looked about for a place to eat, we found Dat & Thu. We ordered garlic bread and some sweet and sour chicken. Both were yummy. No complaints here.

We really enjoyed our meal here. We got the last table at 630 as the others where reserved.Entree of prawn dumpling and stuffed chicken wings, both delicious . Then the pad Thai and Singapore noodles. Both had large prawns as part of the dish.

9 of us celebrated the last night of our holiday here. All of the dishes were very tasty and generous. Kids loved the ribs although huge! I really enjoyed the coconut chicken and my wife loved the mee goreng. No corkage charge. Thank you Dat...n Thu!More

Went there due to reviews and weren’t disappointed... most of there business seems to be takeaway, but don’t be put off if it’s empty when u arrive... just feel honoured that u get to eat this bloody good food off china plates instead of plastic...containers... spring rolls were yummy, stuffed chicken wings very nice... all the mains we ordered , Mia goring, SnS prawns, Pad tai ..... all very original and very tasty .. def a keeper an a must do on any trip to this town ...More

We have been travelling around Australia for 6 Years, Got takeaway on the recommendation of previous review.So glad we did the food was excellent.They have everything you could possibly want on the Menu. The ribs and stake were perfect. Wish we had found about it...earlier although we did have it two nights on the go.More

This was a great find and so well priced we wnt 2 nights out of 4 on our holiday. We have fussy kids who wanted items that werent on the menu (sweet and sour chicken and honey chicken) and they gladly obliged. Noticed the locals...eating here and doing lots of takeaway. You must visit.More

We love going to Dats, he is very friendly and very committed, he and his wife Thu, run solo and i take my hat of to them. Food is delicious, always on the table with in 20 minutes no matter how busy he is, he...is a MACHINE... never have i had a bad meal in the whole time they have been in business.More

We enjoyed the takeaway option as the restaurant is rather small but the ambience is great. The food is absolutely delicious. Cost is on the high side but this is a little county town far away from the main centres. Would definitely return.

3 of us. Yummy spicy fish cakes. Pad Thai, Bun Xia, excellent + beef satay and rice. Generous serves. Recommended, be back next time we’re up this way.

Finding ourselves tired and hungry in Port Denison on a cold Tuesday we were somewhat concerned at the lack of options, especially as we couldn’t face another burger, parma or fish n chips. Fortunately this was one of very few places open, hence we found...ourselves queuing with several others who were looking for a takeaway. We opted for the chicken and cashew, the pad thai with chicken and prawns and a jasmine rice. $40, which was reasonable for the area. Service was ok, certainly not warm or engaging though. The food was plentiful and tasty enough. A few more vegetables in the pad thai would have been welcome in place of some noodles but perhaps I’m being fussy. The chicken and cashew was extremely tasty. Happy to recommend.More

After a few beers locally we popped in here to take some food back to our lodge...we regularly eat asian food food and this was spot on. Great flavours and textures. Good prices and decent portions.
