Boston Brewing Co. & Willoughby Park are located on the same site 3km out of Denmark WA. Nestled amongst our pinot vineyard is our brewery and 500 capacity venue. With an extensive kid’s playground in our large beer garden, indoor wood fire and relaxed atmosphere it’s the perfect place to unwind and enjoy some sensational beer, wine and food. We are the only venue in Denmark open for lunch and dinner daily. Come join us!

Treat yourself in the beautiful Great Southern.

We can never drive past, the food and drinks are just too good. Such an epic space, be it summer or winter, and lots of activities outside for the small humans. Tasting plates for beers, local wines on sale, and reasonable prices on takeaway cartons of their stunning crafty brews. Pizzas are epic, but seriously we've never had anything we didn't love. Treat yourselves and stop in for a lunch or dinner you'll remember for years.

Chilled Atmosphere and Great Food and Drinks

We went for dinner to the Boston Brewing Co. and despite being rather busy, staff were polite and efficient, although when we ordered later in the evening they seemed to have forgotten about our order (it was quickly rectified though after we reminded them). Food was quite delicious and I was surprised at how good the lentils curry tasted despite not being at an Indian restaurant. The alcoholic ginger beer was good too but you'd expect it to be considering it's where Tingletop Ginger Beer is made! The venue has a large beer garden with a big sandpit and playground for the kids to run around in. Live music was playing the night we visited too. What I liked best about the place was the chilled atmosphere, the kids playground, and the delicious food and drink. What I liked least was it was a bit on the pricey side for a family of five.

5 out of 6 meals very good …..

5 out of the 6 meals were very good and throughly enjoyed being the sunday beef roast, the sweet potato & chickpea curry, beef stew & dumplings, hawaiian pizza, pork belly bites & dutch chips. Very disappointed in the roast vegetable winter salad that consisted mainly of a plate of too much spinach with 2 carrots, 2 asparagus, cherry tomotoes & very little of the butternut pumpkin & sweet potato. Definitely not worth $28. Good friendly service as usual. Would return again as this is the first time we have had an issue with a meal.

Gone seriously downhill

Eat here a lot but on our last visit we found that the standard of the food and service has deteriorated considerably. The fish and chips were cooked in old oil and the salad was far from fresh, the bar staff have obviously lost all interest and don't want to be there. Beer's still good though as was the music.

Disappointed

Meals were not great Unable to have chips (potato shortage we were told?) I thought there was only a frozen chip shortage? Ordered a parmi which was served with horrible onion rings as was all the other meals. Could they not offer baked or mash potato or are customers on rations. Little thought put into the menu Killer was, still charged full price!!! The fish and chips was served with thin shoe sting chips that were inedible We have visited this place numerous times but it is losing its appeal. $$$ before quality

Hi 1340Sim Thanks for taking the time to review us, 2023 has been disappointing for us too! Not only did the whole of the Hospitality Industry struggle through three years of challenges of being short staffed, especially in a regional area but now one of our main sellers and customer favourites, the good old chip has been sold out Australia wide! Frozen chips are the issue due to the flooding and transport issues from the East Coast. We could hand cut chips but with a 500 seat venue it really is a bit logistically impossible. We tried our best to source any chips we could find which is why there were French fries with the fish and chips. Everything else has the chips substituted with onion rings which most guests have found quite delightful. When you substitute one product for another there is still a cost and the dishes remain the same price. Mash is not a common option with burgers or parmi’s generally and baking potatoes wasn't really feasible either. We needed an option that would suit multiple dishes like chips did. Plus, we think onion rings are delicious! The chips crisis of 2023 will hopefully be over around April or May this year. We hope to see you again then.

Good beer, average food.

Good beer, food very average. Picked the second cauliflower dish as the first had apricots, it arrived loaded with apricots despite no mention of it on the menu. Wife ordered winter salad, which showed zero imagination. Just a plate of spinach and veg, must've take 1 minute to make and at $28, must've been a massive mark up. Won't be eating here again.

Great Experience

Second time here when we have visited Denmark. We sat outside with our Pup and had an awesome Lunch. The layout is spacious and well set out. We ordered off the QR code which is efficient. Had our favourite tingletop ginger beer which was delicious. Our meals came out quickly. The garlic prawns, scotch fillet steak and tasted cauliflower salad delicious. Such a great lunch. Well done.

Good pub food, plenty of nice beer selections including ginger beers, hard lemonades and more. We grabbed a lunch, the beef salad and fish n chips, in particular, were delicious. Service was friendly and relaxed, be aware you need to get up to order your drinks and food. Parking was pretty busy but there were some overflow areas marked out too. Recommend getting in early! A table booked lasts for 1.5 hours. Oh, and they allow for dogs outdoors on leashes.

Good casual lunch

Teenage son ordered ribs and due to potato shortage, served onion rings instead. Great replacement. Onion rings were delicious. Hubby ordered pork belly bites. Really good. I ordered creamy garlic prawns. Nice but would have liked more garlic. Pizzas ok. Too much cheese for my family. Meals came out really quickly.

Food always great

We've visited many, many times over the past year, most recently this weekend. The food is always spot on and service good. This time, we were perplexed to discover that we had to use an app to order from the table as opposed to table service - this had changed in the last week since we'd been there. I tried to explain to the lady (I'd not seen her before, and she was definitely not as friendly as the usual staff) that I had no service on my phone so was directed to order at the counter. All good, we did so and for some people the QR ordering system is great, but there are limitations such as being unable to omit ingredients. I just would have appreciated the lady taking 30 seconds to be friendly and letting us know that the menu and ordering system had changed and to offer assistance. Pizzas, entrees, meals and drinks all lovely, and the rest of the staff absolutely fantastic, this one lady just made it a bit confusing and uncomfortable, but we'll still try again due to past excellent experiences and good food.

You are always welcome to come up to the counter and order. Our kitchen team will try to accommodate any special requests however over the busy peak school holidays this isn't always an option. Nice place for a meet up, family came through from Albany. Steak cooked as requested, pork belly bites enjoyed by both people & mushroom arancini balls. The pumpkin gnocchi was tasty but way to mushy. Enjoyed their beers & red creaming soda. Would definitely visit again when in the area. Friendly staff.

Bad experience

Lovely restaurant great ambiance but very disappointed with the food. The chicken sticks with the Nasi Goreng were cremated. Chicken Parma was dry and overcooked and the Chips were overcooked and tasteless. Will not go again. I refuse to pay for expensive bad food twice. Could have been a bad night

Lack Lustre Service

Just left Boston Brewery on a lazy Sunday afternoon. Sat inside where they offer table service but after the initial seating was never again revisited by our waitress. Had to order from the checkout line, even though it’s table service. After finishing food we tried 3 times to attract the waitresses attention in an empty restaurant before she noticed. Then she bought over the dog box and made us empty our own scraps, nice! Thank god they have good beer and the foods not bad, otherwise the sound of bankruptcy would be echoing down them Boston walls.

Great place!

We had lunch here while staying in Denmark. It is a beautiful place with friendly staff. It has a great playground with huge bouncy pillow & plenty of swings, our kids loved it! The beers & food were all delicious. The serving size of the kids meals was very generous & the gluten free pizza base was the best we’ve ever had. We will definitely be back & cannot recommend this place highly enough!

Great Atmosphere

What a great time we had here! We ordered a tasting panel of beers and a late lunch that consisted of Dutch chips, pork belly bites and wood fired pizza. The service was exceptional and we were served our food within ten minutes. The servings were generous, well priced and great quality too. We had to take some food home and found boxes by the cutlery that you could help yourself too. If you are looking for a nice place to taste some exceptional beers and have some good food then I would recommend Boston Brewing Co
