Well, my kid wanted tofu, and the fancy schmantzy asian small plates place on Palm Beach didn't have any on the menu. So...we wound up here. It was GREAT! We ordered the Cantonese rice noodles with shrimp, roasted pork and vegetables. We also had the fried tofu with black bean dipping sauce and the Chinese broccoli. Portions were huge and... More

We were on our way to another restaurant (which happened to be closed on that day) when we saw this restaurant. So, we thought we would try it. Well, we didn't regret our decision. The food was excellent. Staff was very friendly. The night we were there they missed 2 staff members, who were sick. The ladies ran up and... More

The trick to finding out where a good place is to eat without emptying the bank is to see or ask where the locals like to eat. Why ? because they are like everyone else and want to enjoy eating out with a reasonable cost attached. That is where the New Wei Tai fits the bill. When you are waiting... More

We are staying in the area and stumbled on this place! It was pretty empty when we walked in but the wait staff was welcoming and friendly. We got a huge portion of whole fried grouper, shrimp fried rice and salad.

We did the barbecue every Sunday. The last one, we went at 3 pm. Must have been sitting out in the heat. We both got so sick.

For many years we've been coming to this Chinese restaurant since we discovered it. Though it is not so elegant it is one of the best Chinese food restaurants we've tried. Their steamed white fish or lobster in garlic and ginger sauce is one of the best I've eaten. Their egg Foo Yung is delicious, so is the duck, beef,... More

The ambiance of the restaurant is almost frozen in time. Old fashioned chairs with black lacquered wood and pink cushions... What you expect in a restaurant where you go to eat and not to stay. Because of the people who entered and came out with "to take" food, must be really popular in the surroundings. The attention was fast and... More

We admittedly are spoiled by the Chinese food options in the Philadelphia area, but, even taking that into consideration, this was a subpar experience. The service was lackluster and two items that we like, hot and sour soup and General Tso's chicken, were unrecognizable (both had almost no resemblance to the dishes that normally go by this name). The beef... More
