Great value plat du jour for a lunchtime treat in dated but somehow endearing and unpretentious surroundings. We are drawn back for the tasty meals and genuine staff. "It is what it is"!

We came here to enjoy some French food and were disappointed, especially with the crepes. They tasted re heated and were not at all fresh. The waiters were friendly and helpful- but the food let the place down. Could not recommend :(

Fantastic, quality food, brilliant service, budget prices. We loved this place so much we came back again the next day and then booked to stay here for three nights. Cannot recommend enough. The courtyard is really wonderful. Quaint, old school but lovely.

A pleasant courtyard, well used by locals after the weekly market, and probably one of the best places to escape the tourists in Mirepoix. A fair prix fixe lunch, but nothing in the meal was special, let alone exceptional. The cassoulet had sat under a heater for some long time, and had congealed and dried out - the creme brûlée... It was a night out without children and we were a little eager so arrived quite early, earlier than the normal dinner time in France. The food was delicious but wasn't sure about the appetizers - cold snails with aioli sauce. All was good though.

I loved the huge trees that covered the courtyard. When we dined it was threatening to rain so the staff was reluctant to let us sit outdoors. We insisted and they relented. It didn't rain while we ate and I had the chance to taste their delicious monkfish dish.

Four of us went here for dinner on a warm summer evening. We sat in the charming courtyard garden. The place quickly filled up and became very busy but the staff dealt with it well and we were not kept waiting or ignored which is always good! There was a good selection of French food of the region on offer... More

we went here for our final supper in Mirepoix - there were 13 of us in total and we had a wonderful meal in the pretty courtyard. The wine and food were very good and there is a great choice of set menus and wines to choose from. The service was friendly and welcoming and the fromage course was divine!... More

Staff seemed a little overwhelmed when we arrived. The restaurant wasn't too busy but we were put in a dingy corner. Over all the meals were good but the atmosphere was lacking. The courtyard is in need of a makeover. The food is the best feature of this restaurant.

We were recommended this restaurant. It was fine but not special and the food was quite nice, the service only average. The terrace is so shady it was quite dark under the trees.
