We came upon this Indian restaurant by chance and are very glad we did. It was low season, so we were the only guests when we arrived. But a couple more came dropping in as the evening proceeded. Chicken Tikka Masala and the Lobster in Indian sauce were delicious!! Staff was exceptionally friendly. They even helped us out with recharging... More

We came to this great Indian restaurant upon a local's recommendation. It's downtown Stone town, easy to find. The restaurant is nicely decorated, in vivid colors. The menu is pretty big and waiters informative and kind. Ordered two curry dishes, along with soup and samosa as appetizers. All were great. Good selection of African beers. Prices are very reasonable, so... More

Had perfect spiced lamb curry, very friendly waiter. Wine is served by glass which is not common in Stone Town. Nice atmosphere with outside seating in the courtyard. Good choice of Indian dishes. Will be back.

It is run by a lovely Indian man who genuinely cares about your dining experience and knows how to deliver the flavour and spice that you would hope to find in an Indian restaurant. The tandoori chicken and naan are excellent and the curries are delicious. We... More

Average Indian restaurant for those who can not live without curry's. Reservation was not a big issue because I was the only guest on a Thursday.
