Every time we go to Watertown to shop we always have a dinner here. Food and service is excellent and look forward to the next time.

We had visited this Red Lobster on Veteran's Day 2015 and had a terrible experience with our server. The management team reached out to us within hours of my complaint and attempted to correct the situation. I was MORE than pleased with their communication, and their correction on our bill. We had been charged for our "free" appetizer. Since then... More

Red Lobster is my choice for Seafood. They have a great variety and the food has a great taste. Service is excellant, making it well worth the visit.

Usually with a chain, you know the quality is going to be a certain standard. Unfortunately, this Red Lobster used so much butter in all the meals, that everything was swimming in butter which took away from enjoying the meals. Hopefully this was a one time event, but it is safe to say, that we will be skipping stopping here... More

The clam appitizer was very nice in a sauce that came with toasted bread to soak up the juice. The shrimps and crab were good. The portions are very large so you could consider sharing an appitizer, main and dessert. The freshly baked tea biscuits were nice as well.

We went here for my daughters birthday dinner, we were seated in the back corner at a table. They sung which is about the only thing I can really say was a positive (they are only one of 2 or 3 places in the area that still do something for birthdays beyond just giving a free dessert), but it felt... I don't remember their staple rolls being so salty. The good thing was I didn't over eat them. My guest ordered Seafood shrimp trio platter which contained 3 types of shrimp: fried, with Linguine and swimming in garlic butter. I tried one of each of the shrimp and found the one I taste floating in garlic and butter sauce to... More

Thought going to be different from Canada, but it's an average seafood restaurant . Since it was a Sunday night and they are short handed, service kind of a bit slow.
