Our exp with this Asian fusion fine dining eatery at kempenski has been disappointing, which even threatened to downgrade to downright rubbish but for one man. To begin with, our server came to take our order after 20 mins of waiting. We ordered mulligatawny soup...and wanted Asian momo to go with it. But we were told that momo was finished and we can't have it. This is at 8.50 pm where the eatery opens at 7.00 pm and claims to be fine dining. We had ordered a wine and a cocktail which didn't come till 9.15 pm, bread basket also came after 2 enquires. Main course was also ordered along with starter, given that their speed of service was slow. Finally our soup came after 36 mins of placing order and total of 56 mins after we 1st entered the restaurant. At one point I had to really get up, threaten to cancel the order and offered to make the drinks. Asst F&B manager Mr. Pradip Chaudhry was summoned and we have him our feedback with rgds to the above. We are gourmet diners and in Dubai regularly have food at all too fine diners. This was the worst service we had till date from a brand of this level. He listened patiently and instead of just words did act to make us feel better. We were provided with a bottle of prosecco Bottega gold at our room service and for the remaining part of our stay made our dining exp absolutely top notch. 3 point rating is solely because of the taste of food and the personal act of service by Mr. Chaudhry. Enter this eatery at your own risk.More

L'Indochine boasts of Asian fusion menu, which currently is the brainchild of Head Chef Hamzah and run by Chef Harish. The food is really amazing with fusion of Europe and Asia but the portions are truly Asian albeit the price is European but thats the...fact for any place in Seychelles. The twists on duck liver and snapper and even Indian chaat, is fantastic. The restaurant requires reservation but is child friendly. When at Seychelles, do enjoy a meal for the least here.More
