We were traveling through Troy on way to Mt Snow when wife and kids agreed to something we can’t get where we live in Maryland. Oh wow, we left full and happy! Owners are soft spoken but charming and patient, explaining their favorite dishes. Must...More

From meze (cold appetizer) with Lava bread is a must! Then, we had Adana Kabob, Eggplant Kabob, few different Guvec, all was delicious. Baklava for dessert and an authentic Turkish coffee are absolutely a must! Mango, peach and apricot juices are our favorite. Highly recommended!

One of the best Turkish food in the Capital District area. Spacious, clean restaurant. Easy to use menu with photos. Anything Iskander style is to die for. I have tried a variety of their dishes and never disappointed. A must try.

This is very casual urban atmosphere, an up scale dive if you will... so fine dining it is not. However, the food is awesome authentic and made with love. The family vibe and passion permeates from beginning to end. You are warmly welcomed as if...More

If you’re interested in something different than hamburger and pizza, this is a good choice. Delicious cold salads, pide is hot and delicious, marinated meats with rice and grilled vegetable etc. the seasonings will bring you back to try other menu items.

Hands down the best restaurant in Troy. I'm a huge fan of Mediterranean & Middle eastern foods, and this place is by far the best I've ever had. Their Iskender & Durum dishes are the best. Everything is always fresh, the staff is always courteous...More

Worth a stop if you’re near Albany. Try the Iskender and Konafa with tea - authentic Turkish food! The service was great.

Exceptionally good Lahmajun... I had sampled many versions of the Lebanese equivalent previously, but the taste, apparent quality of ingredients and interesting side salad made this the best example I’ve had, by far. The staff is exceptionally warm, friendly and authentic; and the brightly lit,...More

Authentic Mediterranean dishes and yummy salads served with a freshly oven baked lavash bread. Lamb chops were yummy. I haven’t had such a delicious meal since visiting Istanbul. Hospitable staff and service. Very reasonably priced dishes. Enjoy👍
