Been going here every week and it's always GREAT.. Fresh fish... Brian , who runs the place knows what he is doing.. He will not order fish unless it is high quality and fresh.. The Uni is incredible.. If you're luck enough to have the Aji when he has it.. TRY IT !!! Great Sake menu and great service..

It's not a big place, but cute. You can make reservation for hibachi, so it works for us since we had 10 people party.. Hibachi is good- big portion, includes salad, soup and ice cream. My hubby ordered Kani salad- didn't like it.. Our hibachi chef was really good and funny, had really fun personality..

The service was impeccable and the sushi was wonderful. A great find in Staten Island. I love sushi, my husband not so much. But Mizu had something for everyone. Can't wait to go back.

Stopped at the place while working at the area. Didn't expected that it was such a good Hibachi/Sushi restaurant. The sushi were fresh and the size was fair. Got to try their beef negimaki and yellowtail jalapeños, delicious.

Mizu is a pretty good joint to get your classic hibachi show/meal, sake and sushi. However, the service is just ok. The chefs are not as entertaining as other places on Staten Island (I.e. Arirang) and they aren't as attentive or friendly either. Also, it's a little pricey. But, if you want hibachi and you live on the South shore,... More

Their sushi is pretty good, hibachi is very good, yummy fried rice. The hibachi chefs are excellent, professional, friendly and experienced. THE WAITERS ARE THE COMPLETE OPPOSITE!!! The service here always sucked, the waiters never smile, are NOT friendly and always make you feel like they want you out. But this last time that I was there it was completely... More

I've been going to this restaurant for years, saw management and staff change many times over. It's a fairly decent hibachi meal, however the quality and presentation of the sushi has become a disappointment. Bento box, noodle soups and tempura are still good standards , reasonably priced.
