The salad was decent, but the pilaf I ordered had mostly fat and very little meat, and was a bit greasy. I had skewer meat the prior visit and that was very chew, basically the cheapest cuts of meat you can find. I won't even go near fish in a place like this. The puff pastry appetizer is very greasy.... More

This restaurant, set up like a school cafeteria, serves ethnic Ubekizstan food, and is observant of all Jewish holidays, and is closed at Sundown Friday to Saturday.

A group of us went to this restaurant with our Russian friend and colleague. This is already an endorsement of this establishment; my friend is an elegant Russian woman who knows of the finer things in Russian life (This is an Uzbeki restaurant , and Uzbekistan is a former Soviet nation). We ordered many dishes: Stuffed breads, kebabs, stews, etc,... More

You must order the restaurant's name-sake salad - it is delicious. Also, ask for the bread because that is also delicious. We ordered so many dishes and all were great. The wait staff wasn't too helpful in terms of recommending dishes or quantities, and we had to ask a third time before they finally brought us water. But, the food... More

Simple restaurant offering a family owned atmosphere, and decent food. Fusion between Georgian, Russian, and Uzbeki cooking. All rather different cuisines, so a wide variety of dishes. However, not all are made equally and overall, the food was average. Good kebabs, horrible Chak Chak(Uzbeki dessert), and okay dumplings. Very good price point, and accommodating staff and friendly environment. Overall- solid... More

I don't know how I was persuaded to go to a restaurant rated B, but stay away. Though the place is cheap, the food is your regular Asian mixed Russian food, extremely fatty, taste stale, the meat is chewy, and the service is horrible. It is noisy and there isn't even a menu available anywhere in the vicinity... We will... More

I am really loving this place. It's my fourth trip here and I can't resist ordering the lagman when it's cold and rainy out. So satisfying and hearty. But the grilled skewers of lamb chops are so delicious I chewed every bit of meat off the bones to be sure I didn't miss anything! Love the green rice pilaf and... More

All popular dishes from our past could be re-tasted in this affordable restaurant. Made of quality American meats and produce, these meat, veggies and pastry combinations have good value and great taste. Service is prompt and very attentive. Will return.

Give it a shot! This place is always busy and is up to par to the competition, and there is a lot of it, however doesn't stand out.
