Music and food will make you happier and richer in life. Kyprida on a Wednesday night have the best of Greek music to enhance the ambience of your dining experience in Kyprida and the delicious cusine. So please don't miss it if you are in Oia on a Wednesday. A tip would be to book ahead. Another tip would be 8 pm after the sunset seems to work for us. We had at least 3 vodka tonics Greek portions. We were dancing back to out hotel only 2 minutes away. I loved the sea beam with vegetables and the cypriat orange cake. The yoghurt with walnuts was amazingly devine. Dionysus was in da house.

In our advance research for vegan food in Oia, Kyprida came up on quite a few lists, but they are not really all that vegan-aware. That said, we ordered a selection of starters and the lone vegan option, and the food was really very tasty - the best examples we had of some local standard dishes - and the wine was good and value for money. Service was okay. We unfortunately went to Kyprida on a windy and cold night so probably didn’t see it at it’s best.

When all the highly recommended restaurants where fully booked we were recommended Kyprida. Just a few steps off the overcrowded promenade in Oia.
There were not many table available but they managed to give us a good one.
Then came the best food we had in Santorini, mixed mezze, Greek Salad, "Crepinettes", Grilled mushroom, etc.. So much we went back the next day to try more, and again it was delicious. Do not miss the candied walnut with greek Yogourth, a MUST eat.

This restaurant is amazing! We went 3 times when on our weeks holiday in Santorini, the food, staff, location & value for money are exceptional! Our first night we had the taster type menu which was epic, the following visits we were guided by the waiting staff. If you are in Santorini you really must try this restaurant

Very good food and the restaurant offers dishes other than the basic greek cuisine (which I loved, but I appreciated that I could find something more interesting here). You can try both the most typical recipes (shoutout for the tomato fritters, they were incredible) and other tasty combinations, such as ravioli/dumplings with typical cheese or octopus. Service was very good and I enjoyed that we were brought a little dip with the bread. Average prices, but VERY convenient for Oia’s standards.

We chose this slightly off the beaten path restaurant for lunch during a recent day stay in Oia. We were seated in a wonderful corner with great breeze and a good view.
The staff was quite pleasant, and they were able to accommodate my gluten free kid. There was an error with our meal, and the server came to us and admitted the omission of an entire entree and did her absolute best to make it right. We appreciated her candidness!
The food was quite good. We happen to live in a town with a large Greek community, and the majority of these individuals work in the restaurant industry. So we eat authentic Greek on the regular. I loved the moussaka, and we enjoyed the grilled flavor of the souvlaki. I had horiatiki, and it was fresh and light and delicious. I wish I knew what kind of lemoncello we finished off the meal with as it was the smoothest I’ve ever had.
One note - this is a dining experience. It does take time to receive the food. Allow at least 90 minutes for your meal.

Just down a back street this lovely little restaurant serves delicious food at a reasonable price compared with other diners in Santorini. The place has a lovely Greek ambiance which seems to be lacking in many of the other restaurants in Oia. Some tables offering a sunset view but not all. Friendly service too. Highly recommended.

Th owner is French and very hands on. Nice terrasse and atmosphere. Staff is very pleasant. I had a very classical dish of Sieftalies, which are homemade traditional cypriot meat balls with pork and lamb served with pita, salad, potatoes and tzatziki. Very tasty. Good wine by the glass.

We have had six nights in Santorini and ate at Kyprida twice. Best food we had here, coupled with superb and friendly service and great sunset views. Very professional floor manager who greats and seats all arrivals and then two excellent waiters. Encouraged us to try different Greek food and it was tasty and of a high quality.
Good drink selection at reasonable prices and afore mentioned sunset view

Having popped in to book a table we spoke to Dimitri who was extremely friendly and recommended which tables would be best to watch the sunset. Dimitri welcomed us on arrival and showed us to our fab table. The other 2 members of staff were also very friendly and attentive (sorry didn't ask your names) and made recommendations when asked. Food was delicious, bread, dip, lemon green olives and cheese rolls to start with followed by sea bream which was baked in the oven and chicken cooked in lemon accompanied with a very pleasant house white. Thanks very much for a very enjoyable evening.

Mixed experience despite recommendations. Sunset on terrace to forget because solar water heaters from other roofs now spoil the view. Kind welcome but we feel tension because many people (Reservation recommended) show up. The boss in the oven and the mill keeps coming, keeps coming. Choice of tasting menu, which is correct without more (a little salty though), expensive for the content, quickly explained and quickly sent because of the world. Service not very warm, especially when a group of thirty Asians arrives from a cruise ship. There's a dry factory. Noise fills the room. You understand that dinner with eyes in your eyes is dead. You want to leave, which we did. Restau too well known now. Too bad.

We were recommended to have dinner in this beautiful restaurant, we came back twice, for as much it fitted to our busy trip schedule.
I have traveled several times to Cyprus and therefore, I can say that the chef carries honestly the rich palette of Cyprus cuisine tradition, which I love.
I am happy that my friend who is a vegetarian was very satisfied with all she tasted!
We were very welcomed and serviced with warmth and kindness.
The ambience of the space was sweet. But this is Oia (Ia), always a terra dolce!

We visited on our Kyprida on our first evening in Oia and it was excellent. Alexandra and her colleagues were so friendly and made excellent recommendations for both food and wine. So much so, we visited the winery of the recommended producer (Sigalas) the following day. The food was the authentic Greek offering we were looking for, all freshly prepared from the best ingredients, and not a ‘tourist’ type menu at all. Their location tucked away off the main tourist streets was also cosy and with a great atmosphere. We enjoyed it so much, we returned a few nights later for my birthday, and all of the same comments apply with the addition of some live Greek music. Could not fault it, well worth a visit if you are in town. Thank you Alexandra and team!

Very pleasant terrace restaurant on a back street. Worth seeking out for acceptable food. The terrace is pleasant enough and partially glazed which is a bonus when the end of season breezes chill the guests. One or two tables will catch that bonus sunset view but how many times do you want to pay extra to gawp at that.
We enjoyed our better than average food at a fairer than average prices. Made welcome.

Love this place, love the food....love the people even more. I picked up a take out order last week and the owner (Mr. Jean-Luc) and his assistant (Alexandra) were just the best! While I was waiting, they gave me a glass of wine to enjoy as well as throwing in some bread to my order free of charge. They were so welcoming and genuinely cared for me and service they provided. I ordered the spaghetti and the moussaka and the they both were excellent. I guess when you have good food and great service you want to let people know. Many thanks to these kind people!!!!
