We just stopped by for a quick dinner, so only ordered the entree each - two dishes, the peanut chicken and the Thai BBQ chicken. Both came with fresh vegetables and salad and were very tasty. The portions were large enough that we took some home and the staff were attentive and friendly. My only complaint would be that the... More

The place is adequately sized and has a good atmosphere. The staff was very attentive and made good recommendations. My friend and I had a level 3 spice dish of pad prig king which was not at all spicy so we can not wait for next time for the max level. The tofu tod was really delicious - none of the... More

Red Lotus Thai Restaurant does a wonderful variety of dishes with fresh vegetables and bamboo shoots. The food is not masked by sauces. Nice atmosphere, decor, and service. The staff were very pleasant and attentive. A little slow, but that was because everything is cooked to order. I had Singha Beer with my meal, and others in my family group... More

Had dinner here with the family. Surprised to find summer rolls on the menu and ordered those with chicken satays for appetizer. Also ordered the chicken pad thai, which I thought was average, and the seafood delight, which had a fair amount of seafood, but didn't realize it was going to be steamed. Overall, it was an ok meal and... More

My friends and I had lunch at the Red Lotus. The food was delicious. We had pad thai, sweet and sour, and a tofu/basil dish. While it was a bit pricey for lunch, the portions were generous. There is a very small parking lot in front of the restaurant. They warn you not to park in the adjacent lot. There... More

Nice quaint place. Parking lot is useless but street parking is usually available. Pricey but good. Had the crab puffs and tried the shrimp chips (which look like styrofoam) and it's serves with peanut sauce. I had pad ke mow (My fav Thai dish) it was very good. My table mates had cashew chicken and a green curry dish -... More

I never have actually dined in. It's a small place and never had a reason to. So that said I always get the masamun chicken (Thai curry) with extra potato and 2 star spicy which even though it is 2 of 5 spicy it still has a nice kick to it. The meat and vegetables are freshly cooked and delicious.... More

Had dinner at the Red Lotus Thai Restaurant in New Rochelle on Friday night. Not a busy night, but people trickled in as we were eating. They do a very busy Take-Out business. I had the Pad Prig King. They ask you when ordering how spicy you want it on a scale of 1-5. I like pretty spicy food but... More

This restaurant is certainly a hidden gem in New Rochelle! The food is excellent; the staff is courteous and the atmosphere is very accomodating. Yes, it a bit pricey, but it's worth it! It truly is a place that you will want to go over and over again!
