Nice addition to the hotel. Great happy hour prices and the food has been really good the few times we stopped in. Evening entertainment brings in the locals which is nice to see.

This area of the hotel has also been very tastefully renovated. Food was very good as well. Having a nice restaurant located in the hotel is a great feature !

Excellent dinner. I was late and starving after a very long day of flying with plane repair issues. The fish was tender and cooked perfectly, the garlic potatoes were excellent and the asparagus was done to prefection.

Typically, if I walk into a restaurant and it is an open concept with a bar visible from all points of the dining room, and the restaurant is attached to a hotel, I don't expect a lot. We purchased a Groupon because we tried their sister restaurant Carnegie Pier 57, and loved the food there. However, the atmosphere was not... More

We ordered the pan fried meatballs over northern greens, and the chicken riggies. Our server Georgia is a throwback, that we loved! Funny lady! Our food was plentiful, well preparred and delicious! A hidden gem in the area. Restaurant carpets need a good cleaning(they smell) and the A/C drips on tables. Remodelling will be perfect!

Great food, great service, friendly staff. We went to Carnegie on Valentine's Day and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. We also took advantage of music and dancing after dinner. Would recommend Carnegie.

I stopped into Carnegie & Company after a late night meeting in Syracuse this week. The bar room is a comfortable place to enjoy a drink while watching a game. I tried a dessert there (the crème brulee), which was tasty but small. The atmosphere in the bar is very cozy, and the bartender staff is very friendly. This is... More

Food was wonderful and large portions. I had the Veal Portobella and it was outstanding. My husband's Fish and Chips was the biggest fried fish we've ever seen. We were a group (youth hockey team) staying at the hotel and they accommodated us in a private dining room to not overrun the restaurant. We were able to order off the... More

The Carnegie Cafe has great food, you won't regret this choice. If you're in a hotel in the area, consider Carnegie over other options that have your typical bar foods.
