The Lobster roll was made of fake lobster with the price of 15.99 ..... This place has been around for ever..? I've been there years ago ... And will not return ! Only plus they refunded... More

Ok for a fast lunch but not as good as it was a few years back. Food is good but nothing out of the ordinary. Some of the clientele are a bit dodgy, one wanted to fight over a parking spot.

This place has been here for years!. It has been a place with a great reputation. It is always crowded. But I don't fins tis place to be that inexpensive. Not sure why everyone eaves about this place. Prices are definitely up there. And yet it has a cafeteria atmosphere. I would feel that at this price level why would... More

Don't expect too much atmosphere but the food is great & the staff is lovely. I go in with my dad to get a couple of beers & clams on the half every once in awhile. Seafood is very fresh. Never had a bad experience!

I'll start by saying that I am a long time customer and absolutely LOVE Southside. With that being said, I was very disappointed after my last visit... We stopped in around 12:30 pm on a Sunday jonesing for some oysters and clams on the half shell. There was one girl working the food counter by herself and apparently nobody was... More

I remember growing up with this restaurant. It was a special treat to go there. It is now a mediocre place with a pricey menu that is not matched by value.

When we lived in NY we used to go to Southside all the time for lobster. They were delicious and the price was right. We were in NY visiting our family for Thanksgiving and had the opportunity to go but it was awful and a tremendous disappointment. I guess nothing lasts forever. When we got there they told us they... More

There was a number of prepared dishes cooked, and ready to to be cooked at home. Their restaurant is cafeteria style, you order and get your food, then find a table to sit and eat at. The fish has always been fresh and clean each time i've been there over the past 4 years.
