My boyfriend and I enjoyed a hearty and healthy meal here. We enjoyed the zoodles and a stew on a cold day. I recommend this place to people looking for a quick, healthy bite in Lake Placid.

What a cute shop! Right on Main Street in Lake Placid, The Good Bite Kitchen is a nice respite from the traditional fare in a touristy town. I'm not a vegetarian, but thoroughly enjoyed the creative, well-crafted menu options and the vibe inside its small interior. The chili/spaghetti squash bowl was awesome for a solo lunch in town. The shop... More

This is a tiny vegetarian restaurant with so much to offer. I ate the Moroccan lentil soup and it was a hearty meal. I also took home the zucchini bread and it was yummy!!! Everyone gets sunflower seeds to snack on. While I was in there I met other singles and couples and everything they ordered lookd delicious. Can't wait... More

Good food. Limited options to choose from. 2 soups. 2 sandwiches. They only had about 6 barstools to sit on.

This type of restaurant is definitely up my alley. I love the fact that they are vegetarian and vegan friendly. Probably one of the only veggie minded restaurants in town. The changing menu keeps it fresh as well. Service can be a bit slow because the owner is manning the till, cooking, and dish washing. There isn't a whole lot... More

Waited 3 years to get back to Lake Placid and Good Bite. Better than ever. Butternut squash soup excellent, paired with a salad. Also on the menu are several stews, hot apple cider and more. Tiny place with limited seating in and out. Don't miss it!

The quality of the food is very high and the staff are friendly. The food is very tasty. The portions could be a bit larger.

This vegan restaurant tucked in to down town Lake Placid is unique and stylishly delicious. As a local resident, I have the opportunity to try all the local fare and have tried a lot. None is like the Good Bite. Everything is homemade from their breads to their soups and it is all delicious. Even if you're a meat lover,... More

Eat at The Good Bite Kitchen - you will love it! My husband and I were in Lake Placid for a family wedding at the end of September 2016 and we ate at The Good Bite Kitchen four times in two days! Our sincere compliments to the staff; in fact, I told them "this is the best meal I have... More
