We were at JFK for a few hours between flights. I'm not a real fan of sports bar food, but this was great. They were slammed but food came reasonably fast. Waitress was fast and courteous. Ordered hummus; bread and hummus were very, very good. Steak was perfect medium rare and very tasty. Had a shocktop, large portion with orange.... More

Let's face it, no-one ever really chooses to visit an airport bar. They're generally a necessary evil, required only as a place to kill time while waiting for a flight. That said, this particular place does a much better job than others I have been to when it comes to creating an atmosphere of a regular haunt. The staff are... More

When my wife and I ravel by ourselves, we usually try to minimize airport food purchases and never stop at sit down style restaurants. On a recent flight back to Syracuse from Aruba , we had a 5 hour layover at JFK and were traveling with my son , daughter-in-law and grandchildren aged 11 and 9. They wanted to relax... More

Three hours to kill wanted a burger and a beer. This place fit the bill. And I have to say it was pretty darn good... staff was friendly the portions were large and the drink prices were not bad for being in an airport! All in all a good stop!

It was a Sunday evening, 6pm. This place was busy! With the family in tow, we needed a good meal before our flight. We snubbed the fast food, and the only other restaurant was way over priced. Explains why it was crazy. The hostess had a hard time keeping track of who was waiting to be seated, but the guests... More

The food was surprisingly good. We would definitely go again. But, wow, 15 bucks for a drink!! People tend to look at the food prices on the menu and it may influence the decision, but how many of us ask what the drink prices are before ordering? There's the catch. Our Bloody Mary, Black Russian, and Cosmopolitan were all 15... More

The ladies who helped me were nice. I was told the food would stake 15 minutes so I shopped and came back and my food was most ready. Food was just okay. The chicken tenders, fried mozzarella sticks, and Philly Cheesesteak and fries were just okay. The Philly cheesesteak was too greasy.

I had some time to kill and needed food. I was handed the breakfast menu which is not what I wanted. It was about 10:00 I guess I wanted lunch and something substantial after a night of drinking. Anyway I reluctantly ordered a breakfast egg and sausage burrito. Ugh, breakfast. However.. when it arrived I was super surprised (ie, thrilled)... More

Friendly service, though slow. This Texas girl tried NY's version of guacamole. Not bad. Also had a turkey burger with fries. The waiter bought a piece of NY cheesecake for me. It was REALLY flavorful.
