In the morning our first concern is good coffee! We enjoyed our experience at Maco Cafe. Artsy interior, good music. Good, healthy food. Waitstaff friendly and patient with our poorly spoken Spanish! We appreciate that!

I studied abroad in the city of Queretaro, and Maco was a go-to eating spot for working on assignments while sampling delicious milkshakes, smoothies, coffees and often eating meals too! The food is a blend between classic Mexican dishes (chilaquiles, quesadillas) and other 'cosmopolitan' foods...More

I ate here with friends. We mostly had salads because we had been in Jalpan, a nice area, but not with an emphasis on vegetables in the local cuisine. The salads were fresh, inventive, with excellent house-made dressings, and they did not stint on the...More

I have visited Maco before on my last visit to Queretaro, it's a must stop for me. Again everything was great, maybe a little pricey for the average of Queretaro but all the food is very good. Just be aware that they close at 6.
