Coming from Belgium, I'm always wondering if it is a good place to go to eat ... and yes, I confirm, Maco Café Bistrot is really a place to go for coffee (so many choices and really top quality coffee), for breakfast (juices, fruit, bread: everything is homemade), for lunch ... miam miam .... un sabor increible!

Is the best place to have a perfect breakfast in Queretaro. It's located in a really cool spot in downtown. The food is excellent, the staff is really helpful and the place is really friendly with kids and pets. There's a guy with a guitar playing cool music which makes it even better. The menu is quite varied there are... More

I studied abroad in the city of Queretaro, and Maco was a go-to eating spot for working on assignments while sampling delicious milkshakes, smoothies, coffees and often eating meals too! The food is a blend between classic Mexican dishes (chilaquiles, quesadillas) and other 'cosmopolitan' foods (pastas, pizzas, soups), so there is something for everyone. The service was always great, everything... More

I ate here with friends. We mostly had salads because we had been in Jalpan, a nice area, but not with an emphasis on vegetables in the local cuisine. The salads were fresh, inventive, with excellent house-made dressings, and they did not stint on the toppings. We were very happy to eat here.

I have visited Maco before on my last visit to Queretaro, it's a must stop for me. Again everything was great, maybe a little pricey for the average of Queretaro but all the food is very good. Just be aware that they close at 6.

Got here with my Swedish friend and except from great breakfast, lunch and dessert we performed an acoustic set of music there. Nice atmosphere, and we were really well treated by the staff and owners of the place. Big recommendation!
