We stayed at the Thayer this weekend and we asked the bellman for a recommendation for breakfast and this was it! I would highly recommend it if you are in the area. It was busy all morning but the service is fast. We opted to sit at the counter and I think the staff new everyone that came into the... More

Great bacon, egg, cheese sandwiches. When I was a kid this older woman used to make rice pudding which was to die for. I am not sure if she's still alive or if they still offer it, if so give it a try.

Went here for breakfast and thought the omelette was way better than the omelettes at the Thayer Hotel at twice the price. Wish I'd walked down earlier for breakfasts! Coffee and juice included! Waitress was very pretty but not terribly friendly, still it was good service.

Lunch specials are always great, breakfast is also spot on and the portions are always way too much! One of the best "greasy spoons" I have ever eaten in and I've eaten in greasy spoons all around this country! Semper Fi!

We went here for breakfast and to kill time until the December graduation and commissioning ceremony. The food was okay, very greasy and large portion. Pros: close to west point cons: greasy food I can't say if I'll go back if I'm ever in the vicinity.

My husband and I stopped at Andy's with our teenage sons (ages 14 and 18) when we were in town for a tour of West Point. It's within walking distance of the visitor's center (if you have no mobility issues), but if you need to park closer there's plenty of parking nearby. The food was good, and everyone (even the... Ordered some waffles and bagels. Ended up waiting 30 minutes, not to mention they forgot our two juices and coffees and instead gave us a cup of coffee and tea. When I told the waiter that we had waited 30 minutes he immediately became defensive and was rude.

Have eaten here on several occasions. The make some of the best omelets in this part of New York. Andy's is a mainstay of Highland Falls.

The breakfast items are the only things I have ever ordered here. The omelets are outrageously oversized and stuffed with fillings. Sides are generous and your glass/cup is never empty. Service is great. I was super impressed by the owners' family: everyone pitched in and worked.

Andy's is a great place for breakfast, brunch, or lunch. The food is tasty, hot, and quick. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I recommend Andy's for group lunches or quiet family brunches.
