I am told outside is much nicer. Inside is way too noisy. I couldn't hear the person next to me speak.
Was at the nearby Hyatt for a week of work and stumbled upon the Grafton Street Pub on my first night in the area. Wings were very, very good! Ask for the small order to go with their chili, which was also very good! Fought...the crowds on St. Patricks day for a Corned Beef that was too much bread. Staff was very friendly, which is the main reason I came back so often.More
We googled places to eat while waiting for our hotel room to be ready and found this little gem! My husband, son and I had a couple of beers and ordered, French onion soup, wings and the Reuben sandwich....awesome food! My son ended up getting...another order of wings since they were so good. Paula, the bartender, was so nice and the service was perfect! She informed us of where the wedding venues were where we were attending and told us to come back the next day in between the service and reception since there was a 3 hour wait. We returned the next day with other family members and Laura(I think that was her name) , the bartender that day was just as awesome as Paula! Beers and food again...excellent service, great food and such nice people there! Thanks for a wonderful visit to your Pub, a definite hidden gem! Wish you were in Bel Air, MD! Thanks again to Paula! (Sending prayers for her little granddaughter!)More
We were in town visiting for the weekend and stopped in around 8:30 on a Friday night for some burgers! Both mine and my husband's burgers were great and our server Jamie 2 was the best ever! We went back on Sunday for drinks with...friends and family and had a great time again!More
Beer was good, as expected. Irish coffee terrible. Food - we took burgers, somehow everything was over-cooked. Even medium done meat. Won't come back for food.
The outside of this place is not much to look at but the inside is a bustling neighborhood bar. Both bartenders were very nice and attentive. We got the Dublin skins (potato) and they were fantastic. Not oily and the potatoes tasted fresh with good...crispy bacon. For dinner, we both got the small portion of the Shepard's pie with mine having cheese on top. It was excellent with good flavor. I could taste the Sherry and herbs. Overall, a good place to grab a few beers and get dinner.More
Visited from out of town, have been here before. Reuben sandwich with fries was good. Staff was friendly. Drinks were good. Prices overall were fair.
We visited the pub yesterday for a private party and really enjoyed the stay. The bar staff ( both from Ireland) was wonderful, the food and drink excellent. The Shepherds Pie was especially good. The whole experience makes us want to return to Ireland.
Corned beef and cabbage lunch was very good as well as the Guinness. Place was crowded and the 1 bartender/waitress was on top of her game. No one waited for anything. Highly recommend
Our two go to items on the menu is the Shepherds Pie and Burgers. We have been there a few times and it is always an excellent choice. I am very picky on Shepherds Pie and they make it excellent! Tap beer choices are good...and they always have fun music. The Staff are extremely nice too.More
After a long day at work, a local coworker suggested that we visit the Grafton St Pub. Elena was a fabulous bartender and perfect waitress. She suggested the special of Spinach Pie with side Greek salad. Out of this world yummy!! I also went for...the French Onion soup which did not disappoint me. The place was so good, we went back the next night. Unfortunately, Elena was not in but the food was just as awesome. When my travels take me back to Hauppauge, I will definitely go to Grafton St Pub again.More
We came for some drinks and food. Friendly staff, looks like a lot of locals go here. We ordered appetizer sampler and it was good and good portion more than enough for two people. There are more choices in the menu that also looks good....I would come back here.More
