I would normally tell anyone to run away from this type of restaurant, so I was very surprised at the quality, price point and taste. A lot of tables seemed to order special rolls at about $15 each which were quite large. I mixed up a raw tuna plate with salad, ceviche and a thai beef dish. I am going... More

Interesting setting. The sushi was not as expected, maybe because it is presented in a Thai style? The Thai dishes were too sweet for me.

I love Thai food! Checked out reviews for Thai food in the area, local chain got a so so rating, then I saw 4.6, I had to try. Food was amazing, soup was not only the best that I have had, the portion size was great and the price forgetaboutit! Almost felt like I was stealing it. Next a garden... More

Immediately upon entering the establishment, there was an odor that is typically attached to a bar. The appetizers of shumai were bland. The combination rolls were okay. On the whole not great.

This place is rather confusing. The restaurant serves both Japanese and Thai dishes. They are two completely different dishes and they have shouldn't serve multiply ethic mic dishes. Tje restaurant doesn't have a clear identity.

I was in Great Neck on extended business and decided to try Laverne of Great Neck because it had gotten pretty good reviews. The complimentary sweet potato crisps were delicious. I has Thai food but there was also sushi and some steak dishes with Asian sauces on the menu. The crispy duck in the duck salad was very good and... More

We had a Groupon deal and figured we try it since it's literally down the block from where we live. The restaurant was quite since we came for a late dinner. The wait staff was great and very attentive. The food was awesome and all the dishes we chose was great down to the sushi rolls special. They have a... More
