Had a family dinner that also included a handicapped member. We all had different dinners. All came out at the same . The entrees were fabulous. What really interested me was how patient our waitress was with my disabled brother in law. Service warranted a 5 star rating along with the food.

The food is always fresh and flavorful. I have been taking my family and friends there for years. It is safe to say I eat there at least once a week. The menu is extensive with some traditional Italian favorites and on the weekends, there are always dinner specials. Believe it or, they also offer an extensive Octoberfest menu of... More

Want to relax, dine well and be greeted as if family? Filetto's is your answer! Was in for the last day of Octoberfest. Yum! Grilled Schaller and Weber veal Bockwurst with Sauerkraut and German mustard, a German Riesling called Blue Fish from Pfalz, Germany served cold- delcious!-, lots of hot bread . Owner stopped by my table to ask how... More

Food is good. The children working and making deliveries not so much. But hey, at least they're close by! Woooo hooooo.....that's something positive......

Waited on line, finally got to counter. Called in order 40 minutes earlier. Told not finished yet, complete chaos at counter. No order, no clue, 5 people, could not get anything right. After another 15 minutes had to ask again, oh this order has been finished for sometime now. Really???? They acted as they were doing us all a favor... More

The food is always good but the prices have increased and their coupons are so limiting whic makes it difficult to take advantage of them. Eating there in weekend evening is chaotic and service is not so good. They need more qualified and friendlier waiters. Food though is always good so order take out.

It is so hard to find a good pizzeria in East Northport. Just my opinion. I think Filletto's makes a decent Sicilian and grandma pie. I ate in the restaurant one time and was disappointed but I do come back for the pizza. Would recommend the pies.

This is a pizzeria/restaurant that is good for families, it has booths with servers and craft beer on tap. They have a children's menu and is fairy priced.
