We shared mussels, garlic bread, and a Caesar salad and really didn't like them. The server never checked in on food and the busser was so on point that our plates were gone before she came back. She also forgot our drinks. I told a friend about our first time there and she said that food is terrible, but the... More

We love coming here to have a quick dinner or to pick up pizza to go. Everything is good. Pizzas and veal milanese. It is usually busy, but service is quick

Restaurant has been in East Hampton forever! Terrific food, pizzas and all things Italy. Paneling and booths makes for cozy atmosphere. Great for a crowd, bar group or couples and of course all can be had for take out.

Great local find. Went here for dinner one evening. Place was packed with a queue, I think that says it all. Menu was comprehensive, yet simple. Food was great - we had Pizza, of course! Service extremely good and friendly. Would recommend!

The home of thin crust pizza ....sensational if you like thin crust. Good salads and decent specialties but the pizza is the star act. Right in the heart of the village for over 50 years. No slices. Big takeout business.

First time trying for some of us so we all got 4 different pizzas so we could all sample each one. The crust had a nice chew to it and the different toppings on each one were very good. The greek salad was also very good!

This is a nice place for a quick bite. Very friendly staff, pizza is good, but I have had Better. Atmosphere is a bar wth booths. Would go to again when in the area.

I waited tables at the Sea Spray Inn next to Main Beach in the 1960's. Sam's was where we went after we got off work more often than not. It was quiet back then, but the beer was cold and the pizza was delicious. I'm sad to say the Inn burned down in the 1970's under mysterious circumstances. But Sam's... More

The food at Sam's is great. Traditional Italian food that is comforting and delicious. I easily recommend the linguine and white clam sauce. The best version I've had in many years. The staff here is nice even when they are extremely busy. Worth the visit if you're in town.

If you are looking for a local restaurant with good food and a friendly neighborhood bar, this is the place. Italian food with large portions. Open all year
