Clean place to stop, gas up, get a cup of coffee or a burger. Summertime ice cream window & picnic benches. Great place to bring the grandkids for a cone on a hot summer night!

This is our Go-To when we visit Grey Fox Bluegrass Festival each year. My favorite is ordering soft serve ice cream out the back, while everyone else is inside getting sandwiches, ice, and beer!

We stopped here on a road trip which included our dog. The food is your average diner fare, and there is an outdoor covered area where you can eat once you order. The breakfast was very good, from Eggs to pancakes - we were all happy with our food. We ordered inside and they passed it out the ice cream... More

This place was a godsend. We were staying at a resort a bit down the road that was very disappointing. We ended up coming here fore breakfast and lunch 2 of the 3 days. Breakfast was fresh blueberry pancakes, eggs, home fries and toast. All delicious. Boar's Head Sandwiches and burgers made to order. Oh, and really good soft serve... More

The food and soft ice cream is amazing. They are a great one stop shop for everything from desserts to oil for your car. Pleasant environment and staff

I already wrote a review, but just noticed that TripAdvisor lists this place as a deli and says it only has breakfast, and those are both wrong. They have deli plus a selection of foods for breakfast, lunch, and dinner (I believe through 8pm although I could be wrong). It's simple fare, well prepared. One thing I'll add to my... More

Quick review....I was kind of surprised by this place. We stopped for gas and went inside to grab a snack, but then noticed there was a small restaurant inside and a deli and a convenience store. "Wow, awesome" I thought. However, because of its confusing layout and the fact they don't take debit cards, but credit cards are okay....weird. I... More

Milk Run is a multi-purpose place to get gas, grab convenience items, look at posters or brochures to find out what special events are going on in the area, or get food from the deli or grill. Pity that a place with "milk" in its name limits itself to milk sold in plastic containers (which many say provide less flavor... More

Great place to buy pretty much anything you need. The ruebens are beyond delicious. Great beer selection. Local stiff for sale like syrup & such. A family business in the heart of Durham. Worth a stop!
