Five family members visited this place before a movie. We arrived about 5;00 to a half filled dining room . We were sat at a table for four even though there were plenty of larger tables available. STRIKE 1. For starters I ordered a caesar salad. Its as if the kitchen said," Lets make the worst salad we can"' The... More

Celebrated our anniversary on Mother's Day at Angelo's Bar & Grill - excellent service by Carol with Jason also checking in on us. We started with Sean Miner Pinot Noir - easy drinking and enjoyable with fresh, warm bread and crackers. Next we had the giant potato latke with brisket - delicious latke and very tender brisket! Husband had the... More

Food is good, service varies . The enjoyment of the experience depends on how many folks are staying at the 2 hotels that are on the property. When the hotels are full, it negatively affects the service at the restaurant . But if you come when things are less frantic then you will have a better time. Kitchen is also... More

Maybe we were here on an off night but the food was just OK and service no better. The wine by the glass was poor to avg at best. I had the dozen clams in broth but it was more like a stick of butter. the 8 oz classic burger medium rare was cooked through. the coq ay vin chicken... More

Food is decent, service decent, deserts overly sweet DONT GET ESPRESSO AS YOU BARELY GET 2 SIPS OF IT BECAUSE THATS THE MAXIMUM THEY FILL YOUR CUP AND YOU PAY FULL PRICE FOR IT WHICH IS A SHAME. Wrote email to owner and never had the courtesy to respond. First and last time here for sure.

Had both dinner and breakfast here during my stay at the Hilton. Dinner was very good. I enjoyed a Delmonico steak and mashed potatoes. The service was excellent (thank you Jason) and we were visited a couple times by the manager. Very nice. Breakfast was a cheese omelet and sausage served by Vicki. The food was again very good and... More

The restaurant is in the Hilton Garden Inn and since I was staying there it was convenient for me. When I came to the check-in area a young man walked me to the nearest table for two. I asked if I could have a seat at the banquet across the way from the freestanding table I had been offered. It... More

We like the bar here and return often . To compare it to a steakhouse is not appropriate. It has to service the hotel so the food will be more main stream than some high end Mazzone properties. The amount of activity at the bar varies dependent on the events in the area and the number of families staying at... More

We thought that this would be a mini-complement to Angelo's 677 Prime in Albany which is top notch with sinful prices. It was nothing of the kind. Although the filet and Delmonico were cooked perfectly as ordered, the cuts of meat were not up to par. We almost got the feeling that what they rejected for 677 Prime ended up... More

Came for Monday night burger and beer. Beer was fresh and cold. Burger was not the best. Asked for it to be medium and came back well done. Same with dinnermate, who sent the burger back because it was overcooked. Kitchen made another burger and that was better, but still medium well. Fries were good and service was quick. Just... More
