The food was fantastic, the group I was with picked all different items and all things ordered was delicious. Their peanut butter pie was a great dessert to finish the meal. Service was a little slow but it seemed they only had one waitress on for a Saturday evening and it was very busy a full house.

When the table next to us ordered " just bring junior a plate of vegetables" we were impressed..UNTIL...the huge bowl of French fries was delivered. The fish is good, prices a bit steep for fair service and most meals are calorie heavy.

On our way to Watkins Glen, as we passed through the tiny--VERY TINY--village of Burdette, New York, I spotted this little restaurant. Being a lover of all things barbeque, my wife and I decided to give it a try. We were glad we did! Even though it was the coldest Valentine's Day in 100 years, inside the restaurant was warm... Smoke n Bones isnt in a fancy downtown storefront. Its in the tiny town of Burdett and theres nothing fancy about the place. The food however is FANTASTIC!!!! And great service.

In adequate service. Cold food after a 2:45 minute wait. $18.00 for a low grade cut of meat they called a ribeye. I had the chicken parmigiana covered in canned sauce. We couldn't have been more disappointed. Save your time and money and have a meal at a real restaurant that knows how to cook quality food.

Burdett has one stop sign and two eating places -- and Smoke'n Bones was a delightful surprise. They have the usual BBQ fare but a limited beer list. Six of us at the table and not one negative comment in the bunch.

We've eaten here a number of times and everything has been very good each time. This last time 5 of us shared 2 combo BBQ platters and a pulled pork dinner. We took home some pulled pork, a little brisket, some sides and a big piece of chicken. The brisket was to die for (great vinegar based sauce, really tangy),... More

Very good BBQ. The pulled pork was very good, the service was friendly and fairly fast. My husband didn't like the ribs. We were told by a local that the salmon is excellent but none of us tried it. The atmosphere is very casual, a little noisy, but a great local place to stop by and have a quick dinner.

We were here for a weekend getaway and happened to stop in for dinner our first night. We enjoyed a super yummy meal. The fried pickles were fantastic! I enjoyed one of their ultra thin crust pizza - wow! We had a nice time - and it was a nice atmosphere.

Love the BBQ food and sides. The dining room could be sectioned off a bit to offer a quieter atmosphere for diners. Service is nice and efficient.
