The food at San Carlos is the best - especially the chicken chimichanga. They use local, fresh ingredients in every dish and it is obvious they care about their product and their customers!

I enjoy San Carlos for Mexican food. Its the closest in the area that I have found to Tex Mex. The service is good but I think the prices are a little high for dinner.

I have been to this restaurant a few times. The food quality is very good. The portions are quite large. I highly suggest the fajitas or burrito. Very friendly and attentive wait staff and owner. Very good, authentic Mexican food.
