I had tasted some older vintages of the farm's wines and was naturally curious to visit. We were very well looked after by the young owner couple and their staff. Their lunch platter was not only very tasty, but incredibly fresh and accompanied by some lovely wine. The 2013 Chardonnay is outstanding and so are their reds, particularly Route 42.... More

This vineyard is very remote and we enjoyed the wines and dinner there very much. Just before we visited, there was a fire one side of the estate that lasted eleven days and wiped out all of the pint noir vines, then shortly after there was a fire the other side of the estate that also lasted for eleven days.... Nice small deli - no heavy Lunch available, take rather a R62 platter, salad or pasta, these are delicious. And try some of Joubert-Tradauw's wines - Chardonnay, Syrah and Pinot Noir.

We popped in there for a lunch break and found a very nice place. The wine was fresh and tasty and the tapas we had were delicious. They have very massive tables in the garden and the entire atmosphere as well as the service is very good.

Stopped over for lunch on our way from Paarl to Oudtshoorn. We had the Karoo platter for two which was really nice light lunch. Good value for money.

We stopped here for wine tasting & landed up enjoying a very good platter for lunch. The Chardonnay is an excellent wine & the lady that assisted us has a sparkling personality. Our waitress was very friendly & professional. All told we it was a very enjoyable experience.

Was met by the hostess (who came back from Holland - for love, she says), what an awesome, friendly soul. We were supposed to do lunch and/or cheese platter but breakfast ended late and we just partook in the wine tasting (unwooded Chardonnay was the favourite) and tried their delectable Cheese cake. A must stop on your travels through R62

We went there for lunch and wine tasting which was pre booked including a 6 year old child on a Saturday. As we had a child and a car driver with us it was obvious and mentioned during the booking, that non alcoholic drinks were required. But on that Saturday they didn't have any soft drinks at all nothing from... More
