Found the restaurant good but not outstanding. Pedestrian menu at best, unlike my previous trips to Taos when it was truly outstanding.

We are staying in Taos for a week. We visited Doc Martins Bar a couple of times. The second visit left us completely aghast at the rudeness of our server. We were spoken to as if we were a nuisance for being there. We waited a ridiculous amount of time for our order, when it came it wasn't what we... More

Sitting in this restaurant or the lobby of the historic Taos Inn, where it is located, takes you back in time. You may see a famous Hollywood type or an old miner looking guy...sometimes it might be hard to tell one from the other! Waitress was delightful. Food was authentic New Mexican cuisine. This is a place you could easily... More

When staying at the Historic Taos Inn you need to visit Doc Martins. The entrance is located just off the main lobby. According to the menu it is the location of one of the original Doctors in the Taos area. The food is good and sometimes a little spicy (so ask your server which is milder red or green) The... More

Taos Inn is a great spot, centrally located and full of fun and good times at the bar, around the fireplace and as a place to stay with their wonderful kivas in most of the rooms. But Doc Martins, which has been great in the pasty, suffers from being old around the edges the same way the hotel does. In... More

Had a very delicious breakfast, the eggs were cooked perfectly and the home fried potatoes were great, my friend had a blueberry pancake that included a fruity butter. She said it was super good 😊.

Had a margarita at the bar, with calamari and a wonderful lemon aioli, then moved on to the restaurant for superb smoked trout salad and seafood enchiladas. My husband had the duck breast, which was perfectly cooked. Love this place.

We saw a recommendation for Taos Inn for live music and food so we stopped in. I think we went to the wrong side (Adobe Bar is where the music is) but we already walked through the door so decided to stay and order. We felt a little slummy in our cold weather Taos clothes but it was only us... More

We enjoyed the drinks in the lobby. Great spot! The white fish special was delicious!!! The New Mexican food was good, but we had much better on the trip.
