While visiting Taos, we popped into this pub. The family really enjoyed the brews. We all enjoyed the Club Sandwich, and I really enjoyed the Chocolate Caramel Cheesecake! The rootbeer, on tap, DELICIOUS!

The bar overlooks the cooking area and William talks with you the whole time he is putting together your meal. Everyone raved about their meals.
Our kitchen is a stage, and William is our shining star. Glad you enjoyed your visit and thanks for coming!
The brat and kraut sandwich is excellent. The potatoes are also very good. Good selections of draft beers with good quality. Would eat here again.
Thank you so much, we'd love to have you again!
We were wandering around downtown Taos on a Sunday evening looking for a place to grab a beer and eat when we found this place. Pretty unassuming from the outside and not great ambiance inside. Ordered up our beers, an IPA and their Chile beer,...More
Glad you wandered by, and happy to hear you enjoyed everything. And so as not to be confused with a different sort of establishment, I just wanted to clarify that the "Fatties" mentioned above are actually our huge burritos, smothered in Wanda's famous Green Chile.
I stopped by Eske's recently for a beer and a light dinner. The choices of beer were very limited. My choice was an ESB, which was OK, but not great. The food menu was equally limited and sitting at the bar watching the food being...More
I wish I understood what felt to you "not what it once was". Our draft selection and menu have always been concise- a consequence of the tiny historic building we operate out of. Wanda's green chile stew is still made with the same recipe, except...More
Eske's is one our favorite places to go just to hang out for awhile and catch our breath and relax on the patio with a home brew. The chile beer is my favorite. They have a small menu but everything is good. Excellent Green Chile...More
Yes, our menu is small, and 0% fillers. Glad you could come back!
In Taos for a few days. My daughter told my husband to stop here for a green chilie beer. This is a must! Staff friendly.
Our Green Chile Ale is an original- the first commercially available in NM, and still the best. Glad you enjoyed it, and so glad you found us!
When we travel we always try and hit the local Breweries. This one is a bit hard to find but is close to the town square. This looks like a converted old adobe home but its in the Historic District it may be newer and...More
The building Eske's has occupied since 1992 was in fact at one time a residence. Not having a main entrance as such, as well as other issues relating to being in a historic building, are a constant challenge. As can be staffing a business in...More
Had heard good things at the Visitor Center, but thought it was a bit hard to find...nice assortment of beers, food looked OK (only tried the pie), service was pretty slow
Glad you found us, and liked the beers- be sure to eat next time, you won't be dissapointed.
Excellent food and experience. I had the chili stew with chicken and the green chilis and my wife had the nachos. Both were excellent and the portions just right! Great beer selection and staff that hustles and very welcoming!
Sounds like we were firing on all cylinders- we appreciate your business, and kind words.
