Drop off the interstate for a good, home-cooked meal. Excellent, friendly service; clean restrooms. Excellent breakfast cooked to order. Recommended!

In Springer this is about the only choice for a sit-down restaurant. My eggs were cooked as ordered. The pancakes were plain (not buttermilk) and very fluffy ... but not much taste. Only one type of syrup. Seemed expensive for what I ordered.

Great home-made New Mexican food. Posole fantastic. Green chili has nice flavor, yet not too hot. Little gem 37 minutes south of Raton. May be the only restaurant in town. Closes at 3:00pm. Note about chili in New Mexico for those not familiar. There are two kinds - green and red. Green is usually milder, but not always. You need... More

I usually don't eat within 5 miles of the interstate because the food is generally bad. This great restaurant changed my opinion. Great local fare, inexpensive and very tasty. Friendly service and clean restrooms. Highly recommend by a very tough critic and picky eater.

On a long car trip we stopped to grab a breakfast burrito to go. The young lady who waited on us was wonderful; she was very cheerful, explained what they offered, and was so very nice. Even though we were picking up a takeout, she asked if we wanted a water to go. They fixed half the burrito with chiles,... More

Had a lunch at this place because of its high ranking on TripAdvisor. The service was good and fast, but the quality of meal was below the average.

Just down the road from the Oasis Motel. Had delightful breakfast with my girlfriend. Waitress was very nice and hospitable. All the locals gather there to visit and eat. I had the Stuffed Breakfast Sopapillas. Delicious.

We stopped here for lunch on our way to Arizona and beyond. The food was amazing and the staff very friendly. Good value for the price. If you like authentic mexican food, you will like this restaurant!

The food &service are always great. They close at 3pm daily which is annoying. Authentic Mexican food.

This is a small cheerful restaurant. I had some of the best new Mexican Cuisine ever. Their chile rellenos and stuffed sopaipillas were delicious. There was only one waitress but she was friendly and efficient. I will definitely stop here again when traveling in the area.
