The food was good though a little bland with regards to the beans and rice. The Carne Adovada was flavorful and well spiced. The service was a little slow, but it was a little busy.
This is a classic family restaurant with great old recipes and friendly staff. If I need to stop in Santa Rosa, Joseph's is the best place. Try the Guacamole chalupas, so good! Good margarita if you're stopping for the night, too.

Best about this place was the adjacent souvenir shop. Can find pretty much what you need here regarding Route 66 novelty items. Free WiFi. Also, lots of fun nostalgia items to see while you are waiting. People stop here from all over, so fun to...More
Lots of memorabilia, good food, and nice gift shop. Family run. Very interesting. Don't let the word bar shy you away. Not like that.
