The food was fine. What you would expect from an American/Mexican restaurant. It did have a great coconut cream pie. Our server, Rachel, was out standing. Checking on us regularly and always with a big smile.

Close to the attractions. Good food, large portions. Cold beer. Wait staff was really nice, friendly and accomidating. Close to La Quinta where we stayed. Not sure what time but they seemed to be open pretty late which is sometimes hard to find.

You almost feel like you're stepping back in time here with all the feelings of an old style diner, except for no table top juke box. Anyway, the food and service were both very good and we were glad we stopped.
